Sorry I switched to Consumer Cellular and then Spectrum Mobile. Spectrum Mobile didnt tell me I was buying a phone, and when I lost it with no insurance, I had to pay the balance and start over again with only having the phone for two months. What waste, I could of had my phone for four months with Cricket if I just went back to them! I never had a problem with them, just thought Consumer Cellular was cheaper, when in the long run it was costing me more.... Im back... Lol

Went there first of all because my GPS said that sprint was there well they moved an there was cricket,well the person my husband spoke to said he would hook him up so he let the man go ahead with getting us service.Well we wanted an unlimited plan and 2 phones that had hot spot on it,well we get home to find out the phones we got did not have a hot spot on it.Long story short we drove back an they gave us 2 different phones an only 1 had the hot spot we wanted 2.I dont think either guy their knows anything about the phones they are trying to sell to people.So make sure you get what you need before you leave.

Ive heard from people that have this wireless service swear by it. It costs MUCH less than their competitors. Theyre growing rapidly and stores are popping up everywhere. They offer the same service as the other larger companies and associates are available should you personally need one.
