Have a wide selection of games and accessories for all your gaming needs. Also have consoles for sale after they are sanitized and cleaned. Have some of the nicest and friendliest staff who are always knowledgeable and very helpful. Excellent customer service and excellent quality games and items.

They never seem to have the games I would like to purchase in stock. They are also just as expensive as Walmart or Amazon. I feel bad the company is slowing going under, but not surprised. The customer service is usually minimal and they are not very helpful.

I got force fed more advertising in store than I get online all day.Yes, I already know about your 3 for 2 special, but, isnt that the one you do all the time?And yes, i know i can trade in used games, but why would i give you a brand new disc for $1 when there is way more value in it than you offer?We went in looking for a ps4 controller, but they cant seem to keep them in stop so will be ordering online. Probably from Amazon. Theyre a better deal and way less greasy hairdos lol

By far the best GameStop Ive ever had the pleasure of visiting. This store is well organized, carries a wide variety of games, consoles, accessories, and has the best employees around. If they dont have an item you want, they will find it and have it usually by next day. You can trade in your items you no longer use for store credit or cash. Love this store and everything they offer!

Put a video game on hold for when it came out and they did have it and they were very friendly

Store has very little and the prices are ridiculous. Which is why I never shop there for anything. Have it 2 stars because the employee was great and the store was clean. Other than that I would not go there and expect to find what I wanted anytime soon.

This is the best GameStop Ive been too. The Sales associates were very knowledgeable on the products. They asked me questions about what games I like, to better assist me finding games I would enjoy. Young Bacon is a great salesman, and also has great suggestions. The other associates are great too, and always greet customers kindly. Couldnt say enough good things about this store.

Over the years Gamestop has gone downhill. With the rise of different markets that offer better deals and more support, Gamestop has struggled to stay afloat. The prices are always high, whereas the prices on a platform such as Steam are far better on sale.Gamestop will always hold a special place in my heart, but it has gone downhill.

They literally had nothing in stock and told us to go to Niles.

Friendly people working there the stores very clean and well-organized extremely pleased with this store however not many other ones but this one blows the other ones out of the water congratulations guys and girls!! And Im a hard person to please!! If youd come there more than a few times they know what you like or they try to memorize it not many people or stores will do that!!

I got dragged here by 0a gamer with a Trump check. Not impressed but whatever.

Of course it is a great place to get the newest games, but the return policy almost ruins every thing. Say you want to turn in an oldish game, you don’t get it for even a fourth of what you bought it for even if it is new. That is where the problem is.

The sales associates who waited on us, were not only Friendly, but they were Both very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to videogames. Their selection of videogames appeared decent enough, and we didnt appear to have too much difficulty cashing in our store credit. However, BE ADVISED! If anyone has accumulated in store credit that theyre looking to cash in? You best keep tabs on them, as GameStop has updated its policies, in regards to this. Lastly...GameStop in general isnt what it used to be. Im sorry, but I have to be honest about that. But never the less, I still like this store and havent had a bad experience yet. So we plan to continue shopping here.

Ridiculous. Everytime I call to ask a quick question they tell me to hold, then the phone hangs up 5 minutes later. Then being in the store, some employees trash talk other customers right in front of customers on the phone. Run by delinquents who hate their lives. Maybe if minimum wage wasnt so low then it might be better. Idk. Just bad experience all around everytime I interact with this place

My wife ordered little hope for me as an anniversary present and paid extra shipping to have it delivered the day it was released oct 30. It is now nov 3 and it is STILL NOT HERE. So nobody is responding to the emails on the main site and an employee i talked to at this location said it has not been released yet but cant explain how best buy has it in stock on oct 30.

Do not buy the refurbished products that GameStop sells. I bought a WII for my son for Christmas and it never worked properly. As a refurbished product I cant return it. I will never do business with GameStop again.
