Excellent customer service. Staff is always friendly and store is always clean. Mt favorite rite aid.

I visited this Rite Aid to receive my COVID vaccine. The store was clean and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. I called them several times before my appointment to ensure I had all of the right documentation and they were nothing but kind and patient. I highly recommend this location to receive your vaccine.

Always long lines, pharmacy staff doesn’t know how to do their job, I call hours sometimes days in advance to make sure my prescription will be ready and half the time they haven’t even filled it when I get there and have to wait another 20 minutes. Tell me they will fill my prescription and then wait til I come in to tell me it’s out of stock I’m so sick of them picking the dumbest people possible to run the pharmacy.

Worst place to try to get prescription. Always have to wait in line unreasonable time to be waited on.

Older ladies at front desk are rude and won’t acknowledge me speaking to them, but will speak to customers behind me in line. Not the first time it’s happened. If I could rate lower than 1 Star I would.

Worst place to fill a prescription. The pharmacist stands around holding conversations with their friends while making you wait in line. Stood in line for 20 minutes while the pharmacist and someone had a conversation about how their family was doing. The older lady behind the pharmacy counter has the worst attitude.

Dont shop here they charge you double and they is very rude once you call an tell them they messed up .Also they will have you waiting in line for 10 mins just to talk with each other or someone they know about personal problems.
