It is a place with nice items, but there is a big miss in costumer services.

My boyfriend and I went engagement ring shopping over the weekend at Kay. Patti provided us amazing customer service and was by our side guiding us through the entire experience. Amazing customer service from her and I would highly recommend requesting her help for all of your needs!

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Didnt get our engagement ring there but the resized it (around $60 compared to the original place wanted over 200.). Also the tested the diamonds for us. Definitely a place to put your mind at ease.

This store is truly, the WORSE, jewelry store I’ve ever gone too. Not only is the staff completely down your throat and RUDE, one of the staff members lied to me and my girlfriend about the value of our watch and pretty much racially profiled us. Me and my girlfriend brought in a Rolex that had been passed down to us, just to authenticate it and see if it was in fact a Rolex or an infamous fake. From the minute we spoke to the the woman she already had a very weird and rude look. She had grabbed the watch from my girlfriends hand super quickly basically snatching it, and then barely looked at it before giving it back and saying it was a fake! Me and girlfriend didn’t believe her, THANK GOD, and took it to another place that nicely and politely told us our watch was in fact VERY REAL, and on top of that WORTH ALOT OF MONEY!!! The weirdest and most aggravating part was while me and my girlfriend walked around the mall, the staff proceeded to stare us down from OUTSIDE THE STORE!!! Which a security guard then proceeded to greet us and follow us around?!? That was when me and girlfriend officially knew something was off. Never going here and again and I advise you guys don’t either. 🙅🏻‍♀️🤬

Kelly was the best she when over the top. She sold me on leo diamonds. We buy 3 set of 1 carat diamond earrings and then we bought a mens 1 carat 1 and 1/4 carat mens ring and a 1 carat bridal set for my wife and then we bought her a necklace with the pendant of a of a half carat diamond. Hermitage Location: the staff is not friendly, it seems like more of a hassle for them to do their job. I’ve had the same repair done within two months, very poor quality. I was told “well things happen.” I would not recommend Kay Jewelers.

This place is terrible all the way from the repair shop to the employees I hand my ring sent out to have ONE stone fixed and they ended up messing with three stones because they didnt feel the need to fixit properly with the same size stone that was in there in the first place and just put a smaller stone in ..... completely destroyed my beautiful engagement ring to the the point where I had to have a new one made and now I absolutely hate it . It looks like trash . Would not recommend this store

This location is horrible. I got my ring in 2015 and my ring has been in repair more than it has been on my finger. Lost 2 stones already, the rose gold faded, they couldnt size me, and they PUSH me to buy other things constantly . They blow up my phone, I had them take me off their list then they call my phone and ask for my husband. I come to pick my ring up from the gold being faded all to see the stone is messed up and it has to be sent out again!! Im so tired of this place.

I have always loved Kays the staff is amazing and so helpful. Of course I have my fave like Regina I absolutely LOVE her, but they all are so nice.

Overall the business is so so.Im kinda driven to actually write a review because of my last bad experience. Some of the women there are helpful and nice.Others are just rude, pushy and a little insulting.
