Raised the price on me after i used them a year straight. Unfair

I called into Life Storage last week and spoke to Cassidy over the phone about renting a unit on the property if I moved. I was searching for prices and sizes on different units and she was very helpful and considerate about my needs and what I was looking for. She explained so much about the insurance, lock requirements, and access hours very clearly. She is a very exceptional employee! Tops to Life Storage in Hermitage!!

My belongings have been secure and weather-tight the year my belongings have been there. I dont like that they changed the locks on the doors so that renters cannot use their own lock any longer. Property manager is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Andrew and Shaun are the best at Life Storage. Shaun signed me all up and went over every detail of the rental process. Honestly, I have never rented a storage unit and was a little apprehensive until I came to life Storage in Hermitage.Andrew takes care of me every time I need something and does so with a smile on his face.If you are looking to store something in the future give the guys at Life Storage in Hermitage a call and you wont be disappointed.

Andrew made everything simple and fast while explaining everything I needed to know. He answered all my questions. At a time when youre selling your house plus buying and building a new one we have enough on our minds, so having someone who takes pride in their job and can help us out is a relief. Glad we found a storage place that is gated and actually has a person there instead of a number to call with no telling when youll get a return call. Thanks!

The manager, Andrew, was extremely helpful and polite. For never having rented a storage unit before, he made the process extremely easy. He took me to my unit and showed me how to access and properly secure it! An exceptional first time experience!

Recently we moved all of our belongings out of storage and in doing so we found all of our furniture was mold covered. We are trying to get our insurance to cover the damages but this location won’t give our agent the roofing report. Do not put your belongings here. They aren’t customer friendly and corporate won’t help you either. They are over priced for what they really offer.

I would absolutely recommend this storage facility. The lot is very clean and well maintained. The staff has been very helpful with any questions Ive had. The storage units themselves look almost new inside. And the price is just about average.
