My service experience here was great. Done quickly! 5 separate issues fixed in one day. They were easy to talk with, no BS. They even stayed late so I would have my ride that night (I was running late from waiting for a cab). The vehicle was also from their dealership - so far, so good.

I had my car detailed at Hermon Motors a couple of days ago. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. Great customer service. Great prices. I purchased this car from a friend, and it had been sitting outside for 2 years. It was in rough shape cleanliness wise. These guys made it look showroom inside and out. Took my Ford Explorer to get detailed and when they were done it looked like they drove it right off the factory line! Everything from plastics to the door jams are spotless. I don’t even want to let my kids back in the car!! It looks better than when I bought it brand new. I have two kids and two dogs that travel daily in the vehicle and they got every hair, speck of dirt, and boot mark out. I already have another appointment to get my wife’s car done and will be making this a regular thing!!

I have been looking for a new or used low mileage Volkswagon Beetle Convertible. Through a national online search, I contacted Aaron Hawes at the dealership on a 2019 final edition SE they had on the lot. The total buying experience was exceptional from providing full details of the vehicle, assistance with payment, coordinating shipment and pickup and processing the sale long distance.. Aaron worked on the price as well. Hermon motors is a gem in Maine, near Bangor!

Unable to fix advanced issues. Will charge and install the wrong part. I was bringing my vehicles here for years. I bought a pre owned vehicle with an electrical issue and after many visits, they called a specialist who was only able to band aid the problem. After two months the issue resurfaced with the same issues and they would not stand by their work or even call me back. Only trust with an oil change.

Outstanding service

The first day driving my truck the check engine light came on. I brought it in three times for repairs. They told me they could not fix the issue. The owner told me the check engine light will remain on indefinitely and it is not an issue. How am I supposed to know when something else goes wrong with my $14000 truck? He told me to never call him again and to sell the truck if I didnt like it.

Sat for about 30 minutes in the office to be ignored by two salesman. Asked a question about buying a vehicle. Was answered and basically told to leave. Worst service in the area.
