This place has the worst possible service. Has a staff number of 8+ people at a time but can’t seem to get food out the door in a timely manner or correctly. Staff is visibly goofing off with each other rather than working. Have been going here for years but has gone down hill drastically. When you say anything about it, it’s as if no one cares or takes it seriously. Don’t waste your time.

Did you recently change the ingredients of the pizza? Used to be so so good but the last couple were bland.

Best pizza in the Bangor Area! Subs are great as well. Big portion sizes are a plus!

Great food but everything single time we order their take out time is off by more than 30 minutes. We ordered a pretty simple order at 5:45 and as I write this review at 7:30 pm my husband is just now pulling into our driveway with our dinner. We live about half a mile from them..... We were told 50 minutes... I get it, they get busy on Friday nights. So be honest.. tell your customers its going to be an hour and half for their order because after working all week the last thing we want to do is stand inside your store waiting for another 35 minutes. We wont be ordering again. Its a shame because as I said, their food is great. But the service isnt.

Was hoping it would get better with new owners but it hasn’t. Arrived when they told me order would be ready only to find they hadn’t started it but was told it just need a couple more minutes, not surprisingly it was all undercooked because they rushed it. The frustrating part is that they lie about it and then are cooking it right in front of you as it’s an open kitchen.Will have to find somewhere further away for takeout

Great place. Mike is hands down the coolest employee I’ve met at any store. Great pizza, great nuggets, great fries, they have it all!

They have the best pizza around here... good people work here. Stop by here for sure. I have heard during last year power outages, they had power and served food and large pizza to the people in town. That is a nice business. Sometimes store owners forget that their business is people business but not this place. Give them your business.

Ive had quite a few issues with this place. More often than not they get my order wrong or even hand me the wrong order. Makes it very frustrating. Especially when I call and feel like its not taken serious. Definitly need some customer service training there.

Our son ordered pizza from this variety store, and it turned out to be the best pizza I have had in years. It was a very pleasant surprise.

Convenient, but the most expensive subs anywhere around. $6 for a sandwich the size of my tv remote 😂

Brought bottles there today like I have for the last 10+years. I was told they couldnt count the 4 bags I had. That will be the last time I go there.

Best pizza in the area, food is a little pricey but it is definetly worth it.

Cute little place very old and in need of a face lift

The place is a little old looking and the floor is uneven so be sure to watch your step but they have a great food selection and its very good and prices are reasonable.

The absolutely worst BLT Ive ever had bread was old and dry not to mention yelling at employees infront of the customer very unprofessional🤔😒
