Called to set up propane for our new house and found out they run your credit to deliver propone on an automatic basis. He asked for every piece of information under the sun including a name of a person who doesnt live with us and their info so they could contact them in case we dont make payment. Seems a little extensive! I think filling out an application for a mortgage was less extensive. I told him that I was going to call around to a few other businesses before I approved him to run my credit. He proceeded to call me numerous times each day! I told him I was no longer interested but he kept calling. I blocked the numbers but he just continued to call on different numbers. Extremely unimpressed.

We have had a very good experience with Fabian Oil. Friendly people who understand our local community. Anytime we have been in contact with them for delivery or service requests, they have been polite, timely and follow up to make sure what has been requested has me with approval. Although I understand different people may have different experiences, I feel my family has been taken care of with a fair and honest approach to our needs.

These guys bought out the company i was with. I ended up having to call them about my fuel assistance benefits when I got the letter in the mail letting me know they should be there. Ive been out of oil for several weeks. When i called the local office they didnt show anything. They gave me the number to the home office. I called them. They had received it several weeks early. The last thing I bought from the old company was pellets, and my benefits are for kerosene. So instead of calling me to see if it was a mistake they just sent it back!!! Im now going into the second week since talking to them and then having to get my benefits sent back to them for the kerosene that I need!!! My pipes have frozen because they couldnt take 5 minutes to call me. Im pretty sure they arent going to pay for the damages! If you ask me they definitely arent there for there customers! How hard would it have been to call me?! Now I have to wait who knows how long for them to get my money back! I would have had them send it to another company but it would have taken even longer.

Called Fabian this morning for propane, it was extremely close to empty. The receptionist said they deliver to Newburgh later in the week, when I explained that I needed propane for my home generator, she spoke with the dispatcher and sent a truck and filled the tank. Now Im prepared for the wind storm and power outages. Thanks for the great service.

Great service and pricing. They even called me to make sure I had enough fuel to get through until next scheduled delivery. Have all ready recommended them to my friends!!

We’ve had a great experience working with Fabian in our new house. We’ve always been able to reach out to their representatives to talk about pricing, bills, etc. with great help.

We were very unhappy with the customer service of our heating oil company. They didn’t seem to care that we had always paid for our oil deliveries up front & we even bought a new furnace thru them. A friend told my sister about Fabian & we needed a delivery quite soon & they were very accommodating. We won’t buy our heating oil anywhere else.

I would not recommend to anyone. We have set up 4 different dates with them to come out to the house and they simply did not even show up. I called to ask where they were and it was excuse on excuse. This is for another heating source for our house and clearly they do not care if their customers are warm or not. please save your time and do not go with Hermon oil. I called pearsons and they were amazing from the first conversation.

I’ve been getting our propane from this company for four years. Never been late on a payment. I called to have the account switched out of my wife’s name and into mine and they denied me so I told them to come get their tanks and went with one of their competitors

This company is not about the Customer and needs to learn without the customer you dont do very well poor service

Called and ordered oil over a week ago. Never showed up. When I called to check on the status of my order, it was going to be another 3 days before they arrived. I cancelled and ordered oil from a competitor and it will be delivered tomorrow. I guess they dont need cash sales.
