My husband needed a CPAP machine while we lived in Maine. We moved to Florida 3 years ago. As with every move my I went through the process of changing addresses/services to the new state. With the exception of Lincare, changing my address went very smoothly I spent at the very least 6-9 months trying to transfer my husband’s services from the Lincare in Maine to the Lincare down here in Florida. At the end of every phone call I was assured the paperwork was in the process and it should be resolved soon. It never was resolved and we have a large delay in receiving supplies. It was so bad I had to switch CPAP companies so my husband could get supplies. Recently the CPAP machine was making a strange noise so I called the CPAP company I’m working with now and was told because I didn’t buy it there they couldn’t help me (which I expected) and to reach out to where we bought it I called the Lincare in Maine and they said to bring it in, of course that is not an option and was directed to call Lincare in Florida. I called them and they told me my husband was an inactive patient and that I’d have to start a new patient process. So frustrating In summary Lincare is terrible I have never had this trouble when changing my address. I would advise NOT using Lincare as your CPAP company

Absolutely terrible customer service in the Hermon, Maine branch. They will not return calls/messages left. Ever. Just abysmal!

Kim was a LIFESAVER! I accidentally threw away a part of my cpap on 4th of July weekend. I had to go without it. I called on the 6th and she overnight shipped the part I so desperately needed to me.

Lincare is amongst the worst companies that I have ever done business with. I am regularly sent the wrong items and the return process takes weeks, during which, you will be without your supplies. Better to shop online with another company.

I cannot even give this place one star, but Google required at least one star to publish. Lincare has the most unprofessional staff in the area. They had a tech fit me with my machine and I left not knowing how to properly use it with a mask with magnets in it, and I cannot be near magnets due to medical reasons. Due to Lincares ineptness and insurance problems created by Lincare, I am now left without my necessary medical supplies. Great way to treat a patient Lincare! Beware of Lincare!

I have never had such a hard time dealing with any company as I have this one. As I sit again waiting for 30 + minutes each time, and trust me Ive tried so many times, then to finally get through and be told Im not in there system...omg months wasted! So obviously my account is still not straightened out nor do I have what I need. And this is the first review I have ever written...hopefully this will show how frustrated I am.

Products are fine, but bussines isnt. They gave no education on the CPAP machine and refused to explain the settings. Basicly lied about billing options. Nagging phone calls about supplies even after requesting no more calls. Would never ever recommend even to someone I dislike.

This company offers the worst service possible. I am supposed to be a on a monthly subscription for CPAP supplies. They rarely come on time. When I call to ask about my service, the wait times on the phone are 30+ minutes. Twice I have been told that I was not in their system only to reaffirm my account by number. Now I have waited more than 6 weeks for replacement supplies. When I called today, the rep yawned through my call and eventually told me they no longer service the machine I use so I am no long a patient of theirs. I asked her When were you going to inform me about this? and she had no answer. They recommended that I call my provider and start my prescription for the CPAP all over. I used one for two years and now I have to start again? They also recommended that I try go directly to my local office see if they have part left for the machine I currently use. Lincares customer service stinks.

As of May 18th, 2017, American HomePatient merged with Lincare directly next door in the same building. From Suite D to Suite C together becoming the Lincare name.

I have been to this office and called the office and every time I am treated really terrible . The service is terrible. I have spent a lot of money buying the machine and they don’t follow up with you when you bring it home . I don’t recommend .
