Were able to make a copy of a key that the big box hardware stores couldnt. They also carry some interesting items.

Ace IS the place. Small store but usually have what I need. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable . Having UPS shipping available is a bonus.

My father got my a tool box from ace for Christmas. I have been given 3 dates to pick it up and it still isn’t there yet. I have now been given a 4th date to get said item that they even made me come to the store to pay for before I even got it. Getting a straight answer for a date is impossible. Would have been great to know they couldn’t get it until a month after Christmas or I would have chosen a different one! Terrible customer support.

On incredible small town hardware store. They keep a little of everything on stock. The employees work together as a team, helping customers, and each other. The store is clean, well lit, and full of smiles before you even open the doors. We always leave there with some new knowledge and the materials we need, plus big smiles.

Very nice employees. Lots of useful tools and equipment. Large paint selection, including automotive and spray paints. Birdseed and other animal feed. Good competitive pricing. Close to home, not as time consumeing as driving to Lowes or home depot.

Amazing hardware store. They have any hardware you need from tire pump hardware to pool cleaning supplies, they also carry many cleaning products and animal Care products such as chicken feed or bird seed.I just started working here 2 weeks ago and am still getting used to the setup and where everything is, but I can say if you ever need any hardware, tools, soil, paint, cleaning supplies, or animal feed this handy can get it for you!The staff here are very nice, also very helpful and very knowledgeable of almost every product they sell. Many people come in with a project they are working on, and asking for any ideas of what to get to fix the thing they are working on and they always get an answer. They are definitely helpful hardware folks.They also have many little neats features such as key cutting, paint mixing, UPS shipping, special orders, and many more!Putting all this together, this place has almost everything you will need just not in bulk. Staff is extremely helpful and you will not be disappointed when visiting here.

Avoid ! Ace is the place they say .More like ace is NOT the place !The only thing this place has going for it is connivence. I have had several bad experiences. One day I called to ask if they had a particular sealant in store ready be picked up . The young kid on the phone acted as if I was bothering him as if this was hang out time with the boys and I’m interrupting . He did not go look he asked his friend he did not look either the young kid just told me yeah we don’t carry that product here at all . The next day I went in the store it WAS carried there and in stock I was looking at it with my own eyes . I just shook my head in disbelief over the incident on the phone and what the young kid told me .Another big Big negative this store also does not price match at all.Store does Not have good selection of stuff oh did I say prices are to highYeah There prices are way to high! customer service horrendous . If I was the owner I would have a talk with the young tall kid that works there. there’s literally no reason to go to this store other then connivence . But honestly if you can go to a local lumber yard, big box store do it you will be glad !

It has many things in this particular Ace Hardware. Now Im able to feed the deer and birds and the squirrels and chipmunks and I will be back

I have never had an issue finding what I need there, the staff is excellent! If you cant find something in your own they are more than willing and able to help you locate it.

I needed some blocks on 6/19/19 i paid then we all realize there isnt enough they said they can get them from another store dexter next day so i left my number and what was owed in blocks and fully expected them to get ahold of me went in 5 days later no blocks said any day they was on back order and would call 3 days later 8 days in total ..I called no blocks still so finally Im done keep the money u lost a decent customer we just bought a house and have lots of lil things to do wanted to support a local hardware store but will find a different one .... Sorry Ace

Under normal conditions this store is great and would be recommended. Unfortunately their COVID response is non-existent. There are no enhanced safety measures, no occupancy limits and no PPE for the staff. Given the current CDC recommendations and Governors orders this is unacceptable and I will not return until this pandemic is over.
