I got in touch with them regarding The front right fender of my 2006 Honda Pilot which had a broken light and a serious dent. In my case I was looking for recommendations on what to do, since the body work alone could get close to totaling the vehicle given how old it is. However, rather than run me through a specific process, one of their people got on the phone with me and helped me search places where I could go get the panel wholesale myself for a ton less money and then they’d be happy to do the installation. Keep in mind that most shops would have just run me through their “sales process” and while they might just quote a price and do the work, it would cost over $500 more. The fact that their people took the time to really listen to my needs and actively work with me to find the best course of action for my specific situation really set them apart from the rest.
