Do not order from this website. I ordered on the premise that they were based in CA and offered free shipping. They never disclaimed that the product ships from Belgium taking infinitely longer to arrive.

Very disappointed! The website is very misleading. The formula is being shipped from overseas not CA. My order is going take over 10 days to get here with the free 2 day express shipping. Also customer service was very poor. Took 3 days to hear back from someone after multiple phone calls and emails. I will not be a returning customer.

After getting conned by another company I turned to Little Organics USA for baby formula. The delivery time was fantastic and when an issue occurred with the delivery of my second package, Rod really went above and beyond to help making sure I have enough formula available until a new package arrived from abroad. Really fantastic product and customer care!

I normally order formula from another website. However, our brand has been sold out online for a while. Our baby is 14 days old and we strictly formula feed. After noticing we had less than a couple of days left, I found Little Organics while doing a panicked web search. After sending a email, I got a quick response from Rod stating he will be sending it to us today for quick delivery! I purchased a Infinity Blue Natural Stripe kids bathrobe and was not happy with the customer service I received. The self-tie belt on the robe began to fall apart after washing one time in a front facing washer on a gentle cycle. When I contacted customer service to see if I could possibly get another one, I was told basically there is nothing they could do about it. After spending about sixty dollars on one would think that they would offer another one or at least a discount on my next purchase. Very unsatisfied and will not be spending my money here anymore.

The customer service of Little Organics, Rodney in specific, came thru for us recently when we found ourselves low in formula and still with couple of days for the arrival of the new order. After a single email I sent, they follow thru, and ensured that we got a shipment fedex to us next day, even without paying first for the order. Havent seen this level of comittment to customer and trust in a long time. Keep up the good work

We have been using Little Organics USA since our baby was 4 months old, and I regret not finding out about them before then.The HIPP Dutch formula we order is by far the best formula out in the market for us, it does not cause any bloating, rashes or stool problems like all others did. Turns out, European formula is of much better quality that US.Little Organics USA always delivers on time and provides timely support over text. I loved it the most about them, because I like to be able to reach out to business and get a response sooner than later, especially when it comes to my childs nutritional needs.I advise you get a VIP pass on their website if you purchase large quantities of formula because that way you can save some extra dollars.The prices are more than reasonable compared to other online stores of HIPP, and I researched other options quite a lot, so I know what Im talking about. Also, they give a free shipping if your order exceeds $50.The only disadvantage I can point out is that delivery takes about a week (since its shipped from overseas). But it taught me some discipline to order it on time.Thank you, Little Organics USA, for your service!

I highly recommend Little Organics USA to all moms who are concerned with feeding their precious ones the best (next to breast milk of course)!!! The customer service department goes above and beyond with communication, pleasant demeanor, and flexibility with orders and delivery!!

I purchased formula with a quote of a 2-5 biz day arrival on Oct 19th. It is now Nov 8th and I still have not received my order. I asked to be refunded since I had to purchase the same formula from another retailer and include overnight shipping. I was told I could send the formula back to get my money back. What formula?! After several text exchanges and being told there was no formula available, Rod said on Nov 3rd he had one “ugly dented can” he could send me. Two days later I asked for that to be shipped overnight. I never heard another word. I will never use this company again and suggest if you need a reliable seller that you go elsewhere!

I have yet to receive my order and still have not heard back from an earlier email. I will never buy from them again!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this site. They do not ship from California, they ship from Belgium. If you are relying on the formula arriving by a certain time to feed your baby, do not order from here. Also, terrible customer service.
