Do NOT order from Hermosa Beauty. I just revieved my order. I ordered a bottle of nail polish ( one of my favorite colors that I googled and Hermosa Beauty came up as having the color & brand). I just opened the package and opened the bottle with crusted old nail polish surrounding the neck of the bottle its old and a used bottle of polish. Im disgusted with the dishonesty and poor business. Save yourself a headache and order from a honest business. Just wrong on every level.

I could not find the product I was searching for anywhere at retail and on-line. I found Hermosa on-line, they claimed to have it, I bought a quantity of three, the product came to me perfectly and in an appropriate time frame. Highly satisfied.

As far as I know, there are only two stores that sell Elegant brushes in the US. Hermosa Beauty is one of them, with a large stock of different size brushes. My order came in quickly and the item was in good condition, as expected. I will be buying more from Hermosa Beauty going forward!!

Awesome selection and fast delivery during the pandemic. When Amazon and other beauty supply chains had 3-4 week delivery delays, Hermosa had all of the Shades EQ colors I needed to tone my own hair & delivered within a week. Quarantine hair be gone!

My overall experience purchasing from here has been good. Ive only made one purchase so far. I ordered developer and a few of the Shades EQ 10s. My package arrived sooner than I expected, everything was nicely packed in place. I have not used the products yet. I plan on attempting a bayalage but Im still growing my hair out. So thats why I took off 1 star. I do plan on purchasing from here again in the near future. I saw lots of stuff I wanted to get but couldnt at the moment.

Hermosa carries the high end product that I use-JOC by Barex Italiana. Prices are pretty much the same as competitors. Hermosa’s expedient shipping times is my number one reason for choosing Hermosa. Never had a problem receiving my products. Overall my experience is great. The only negative is the lack of variety of JOC products.

I visited Hermosa Beauty because I was kind of bored and I had nothing to do. I didnt think it would be a big deal - I would just walk around and look at things for a few minutes then leave. I was wrong! The employees there were so sweet, compassionate, and very passionate about the products they were selling. One of the employees showed me around the store and showed me some cool natural beauty products.
