Prime location. Keith was great! Very friendly and helpful. He let me test drive/ride the e-bike before purchase. Came with a 1 year warranty. Affordable price too. Keith sealed the deal with his personality. With gas prices this high it really comes in handy for commuting to the grocery store and the beach. I highly recommend you go see Keith.

Recently purchased 2 bikes - Keith is super nice and helpful - we love the design and the ride. Big plus is they service their bikes and many others. I would consider Strand before any other for fat tire electric foldable bikes. Thanks guys!

Best place in town to buy an e bike and get it serviced.

Came here a few times for a repair and to change my tires on my electric bike, and I can say that will be my last. The owner is extremely rude, will make small bad remarks about your electric bike if its not one of his own brand of bikes, and will also take a advantage of you if you know nothing about bikes, just how car mechanics act. after getting my bike serviced here, some how my bike brake rotor bent, and again another thing they charged to fix and replace, knowing it wasnt my fault. Took it to another bike shop later that week and come to find out they broke my whole hydraulic brake system and also gave me the cheapest brake rotor they could find. if I were you reading this review, please take your service else where (unless you want to take the chance of receiving the same service I did) there are plenty of great shops in the area, was my mistake to stop by here.

These folks are the best. On very short notice, I was able to rent a decent quality carbon road bike. Seamless customer service. I had the ride of my life and was so exhausted that I forgot my pedals on the bike when I returned it. So tired in fact that I didnt remember about my pedals till the next day! LOL. I called them- yup! no problem! come on in. we have your pedals! Amazing! They got this thing down.

They fit me in for a minor fix although I didnt purchase my electric bike from them. Raul and Roberto are great!

Tried to take my e-bike there for maintenance, the guy was extremely rude. Gave me the price of 800 dollars for replacing a cable. Laughable...at the end he even said “that’s what you get when you buy cheep stuff” lol.Zero respect to costumers and to common sense. Zero star.

Terrible service, pushed my appointment back three times saying they didn’t have room to work on my bike, once I actually got my appointment the technician decided not to service my bike because he was under qualified and my bike motor was too big. Could have let me know from the first time I showed them my bike and made an appointment

I had my old electric bike, which had great electric and motor components but a heavy steel frame transferred over to a new bike with a step through F R ame. They did a great job and I am happy with the results. They are a bit expensive but they know what they are doing.

Best electric bikes in the South Bay. They do it all from building the bike to maintance. I’ve bought a electric bike from a different store returned it after finding this place. Great people.

Ive been to ALOT of bike shops in the Southbay and this shop is the best and most knowledgeable regarding electric bikes and bicycles in general. Friendly and professional.

Unreliable hours. Went there twice when they were supposed to be open and no one was there. If I Ws to purchase a bike there I would assume I would not be able to service it as who knows when they are really open.

I had my regular bike converted into an e-bike and it is awesome! Everyone here loves bikes and really knows what they are talking about. They have a good inventory of e-bikes and all the needed accessories, which are not always easy to get with the current state of the global supply chain . Going to a local shop means they can explain how everything works and make adjustments for your comfort. They did not just install the engine. They also helped me with a basket, lights, and adjustments to make the bike comfortable for me. They were even nice enough to pick up and drop off the bike. This was a great experience from start to finish and I am so excited to have an e-bike now!! I immediately hopped on the bike and rode it down to the beach :) I highly recommend Strand electric bikes.
