Bought a pretty rare C32 AMG from Zach and Brad. I made an appointment and Brad was out front to introduce himself. Transaction was straight forward and with no BS. Zach had no problem putting her on the lift, letting me inspect underneath. Was she a perfect car? By no means was she but these guys were not looking to hide anything. 2,000 mile later Ive put a lot of time and money into Dahlia and she has rewarded me. I traveled a.long way to look at a vehicle. Zack and his team were extremely helpful, courteous, and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions. I decided to purchase the vehicle which was exactly as advertised. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Hermosa Motors!

Initially called and talked to Chris. Made an appointment to see him and the car the next day. I got there early and Chris immediately referred me to Zack while i waited. Right out of the gate Zack was accommodating and very helpful. We actually test drove and basically locked in the deal before Chris arrived. My point by mentioning that is i knew what i wanted to pay and i was honest with them with what i wanted and was willing to pay. Zack was able to make that happen and we couldnt be happier with the car!I want to make something clear. I was shopping for a car for almost a month and worked with many dealerships and sales people. All the sales people where nice but the dealerships wouldnt even consider a lower offer. To be fair to the other dealerships their asking price was within reason but i wasnt asking much off. just wanted to get close to what i budgeted for the car. Without hesitation or much haggling Zack worked with me and got me a deal that i was happy with. I honestly feel it was a win win deal as he and Chris where super happy as well. They even detailed the car i drove in with! Best cleaning that car has seen in years!I cant say enough of how happy i am with these guys. Will be back for another car and they know what i am looking for!!

BUYERS BEWARE. Mickey Mouse dealership that does not respect your time. Claimed to be open 9/6/21 but no one was present. When I text the dealer claimed to be 1.5 hours away. Backed out after price negotiations. Also the mileage on the truck listed was 5k over stated mileage. Dealers like this should not have licenses.

We purchased an Escalade from Zack and he was amazing to work with! We traveled from Oregon and he was very quick to reply to all of our questions. He was very honest and made the process of buying a vehicle very easy and quick! Would def buy another vehicle from him. 10/10 recommend.

Tried to buy a car. When we test drove the car it was nice, but didnt match the add on Carfax(missing features). The mechanic was a decent guy and helpful. Zach was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Should have checked the reviews first.

Update....I wrote a negative review at first....yes Zach doesnt return text messages or phone calls right away....but I realized hes a busy guy.....still no excuse on not returning messages or phone calls in a timely matter... but at the end of the day I was able to get the car or my dreams at his dealership....hes a straight up guy....I bought a BMW 650 from him and absolutely love it....and I would definitely buy another car from him in the future....thanks Zach

Just purchased a 2015 BMW 435i (spoke primarily with Zach, who returned texts and calls quicker than my Jewish mother) and couldn’t be happier. I’ve seen a couple negative posts about the lot on Google, but keep in mind that these guys buy most of their inventory at auction and only have access to the same Carfax reports as the rest of us, plus whatever their in-house mechanic finds. When buying a used car from an independent lot (not a franchise dealership, etc.) it’s YOUR responsibility as the consumer to have a vehicle inspected by a third party and, ideally, inspect it in person. Couldn’t be happier with the service and loving the car which, per my third-party BMW-certified mechanic, is in fantastic condition. Will check back in for another car in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!❗️‼️‼️! This business has no knowledge on what customer service is! Bought a car from them (Zach) specifically. However Brad and Zach are both the individuals involved in this. Was told vehicle was in perfect condition no car accidents, no damages, at first it was some what not too difficult to get a hold of them (not easy either); after the sale it was very difficult (they went Casper on me ! ) as they would not return calls, nor reply to messages with concerns on the vehicle. Upon arrival vehicle had damaged windshield which (Zach made sure to not show nor mention in his 360 video he sent me to look at the car) . Also car seemed to have 2! Previous repairs that Zach also failed to mention. If you are a car salesmen you should know how to do a proper check on the vehicles you are selling and you should also advise client of all damages on vehicle; there is no ifs or buts about it you should disclose it to the customer, not hide them from the client and surprise them with a double shaft. When I brought this up to their attention it was a headache attempting to reach them and after finally letting him know he took it as a joke it was like dealing with a teenager EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and sadly I do not exaggerate when I say this. The previous reviews on here also mention Zach and his unprofessionalism including how some customers have experienced other vehicles with damages or cars no longer working on them after sale. He basically laughed and said you are F****. And now I have to cover these damages out of my pocket. Too bad they didn’t consider cleaning up his mess as a business; as I know this review will help many others and hopefully you’ll be smart enough to not get involved with this dealership to do any kind of business. (By the way Zack also took the time to insult other dealers I was looking into and telling me their cars were damaged and that I shouldn’t go with them.) in reality it was his vehicle he was selling that was damaged. Dirty salesmen.

I literally just got off the phone with Zach at Hermosa Motors. I called with a few basic questions about a particular vehicle in their inventory that I was interested in and fully prepared to buy (if all my questions had satisfactory answers). The first sentence of our conversation was the most polite/professional from Zach, after that it went downhill. His language was colorful (to say the least) when describing various discrepancies that can arise in the VIN checking services as well as who the previous owner was and how he was so “rich” that regardless of the vehicle having ZERO previous service history records, I could be assured it was well maintained because “you know how rich people are”. During this 7 minute conversation Zach brought to my attention that he had “already missed 3 calls” while being on the phone with me. He said “you know what bro?, since you have so many questions you can speak to my mechanic” then when I proceeded to ask for his mechanics phone number, Zach said “I’ll shoot you a text when I have time”. He also mentioned his mechanic does a 121 point inspection on all the cars of this caliber “cause you know, it’s not a Corolla bro”... then he mentioned later it was a 122 point inspection... then he mentioned he doesn’t know what the 122 points are.As they say, first impressions go a long way and my first impressions, from having what could have been a simple conversation on the phone, are terrible. The unprofessionalism is through the roof. The profanity right off the bat was shocking. I am also not your “bro” and you really can’t spare 7 minutes on the phone answering some basic questions? You spent 3 of those minutes talking about how “rich” the previous owner was. Safe to say, my search for the right vehicle moves forward.

Horrible experience, purchased a 2016 BMW M235i from Hermosa Motors that they claimed to never be in any sort of accident. I had the vehicle shipped to me to Texas in an enclosed trailer to prevent damage. After the first time I washed it a few days after I received the vehicle. I found out that the passenger door and rear bumper were both repaired and painted very poorly. The windshield was also cracked. When I brought it to Zach’s (general manager) attention he told me to get an estimate to see how much the repair was going to cost. I went and got an estimate from a local body shop to have the repairs done correctly. I was quoted $1200+. After waiting days for a reply Zach finally got back to me stating they would offer me a one time customer satisfaction settlement of $400, which I did not take. A quarter of the repair bill, that is not even enough to cover the repairs to one of the panels. On top of that they also forgot to sign the title correctly and sent my credit union documents with a different odometer reading that was 5000 miles higher than the actual milage. My credit union has still not been able to get the vehicle registered for me, because of their incompetence, and it been over a month since I purchased the vehicle. I would advise anyone looking to buy a vehicle from them to stay far away and look elsewhere. KEEP AN EYE OUT THEY DELETE CUSTOMER REVIEWS TO ADJUST THERE GOOGLE REVIEW STATUS. THE OTHER DAY THERE WERE 18 REVIEWS NOW THERE ARE 16 BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.

Seriously, cant say enough positive things about my car buying experience with Hermosa Motors. Not only did they find me the exact make/model/color combination, they got me a quality vehicle at a reasonable price. The customer service was through the roof. Im always worried about the used car salesman stereotype...but nope, it was ALL GOOD at Hermosa Motors! Ive already referred 3 friends and plan on using them to buy my son a vehicle. Highly recommend!

Ended up taking the vehicle to the manufacturer and upon inspection, was told the engine was not the original, had major issues, and still had chalk pen markings from the salvage yard it was from. Ended up needing to replace the whole engine block, two electrical valves, and a mechanical valve. Total repairs were close to $5k and the extended warranty he pushed us to buy didn’t cover any of the damages. When trying to come to a resolution, Zack kept saying he needed to speak to the owner/partner who I’m sure was a made up fall guy so he could save face when he ultimately refused to help.

Zach is great. Super fast responses and great prices. I would buy another car here any day of the week 5/5 review.
