Great business and owner is friendly and knowledgeable

Took my new truck to their facility right off the lot.. Flawless work. I take the truck to the dealership for an oil change and their factory rep. states, I wish our liners looked that good and durable. My response was you wanted 650.00 for half the quality of a factory spray in liner... These liners are tough and dependable...Keep up the awesome work..

My father had Jim Sprague install a liner on his pontoon boat a couple of years ago. The liner looked great at first, but after one season on the water it needed repaired. He went back to Jim to get it fixed and he said that he would do it free of charge. Eventually he did, but he did such a poor job (did not bother moving the benches, etc.) that my father asked for his money back. Fast forward, my father has won in small claims court and the guy STILL won’t pay. Not only does he do a terrible job, but evidently he also breaks the law. We are all about supporting local small business, but you have to give a damn about your clients AND your product to be successful.
