They are the slowest I have ever seen in getting a prescription. It takes forever to get it

Very convenient location and well stocked. Just wish it was a 24 hour Walgreens like many others are. Pharmacist had probs w my new prescriptions but she figured it all out after a few minutes.

The store always looks very clean and well organized. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the photo lab...beautiful pictures and products. Pharmacy is always extremely busy but very efficient.

Prefer CVS.

I am a long term user of the Walgreens Pharmacy in Herrin, IL, and my service (no matter how busy they are on any given day) has always been exceptional. The staff running the pharmacy are all helpful, willing to go an extra mile to help you get what you need, and all around decent humans. I have to have a few medications on a monthly basis (and I usually wind up going once or twice a month) and I trust them to help me with what I need!

Have always been treated nice!

No complaints with this Walgreens. Theres never a line and the staff is friendly. The photos here are good quality, and theres always a great discount if you check online.

It is rare that I am not hurried along by a rude employee when I shop here. I try to minimize going here as much as I can. Every time I walk in, I’m reminded why.

The pharamicists are very rude. One lady in particular had a very rude and annoyed tone with me because she didn’t have my prescription ready even though I politely asked for it. They never have prescriptions ready even if it has been called in awhile before. Going here always puts me in a bad mood if I am going to get a prescription. But, the rest of the staff there are very nice.
