Good selection of quality products, knowledgeable and friendly staff and fair pricing for products and installation.

My parents had their carpet replaced in the living room. The guys that came to put it in did such a fantastic and professional job. My parents were so pleased with it. Now moving back to the area and buying a house I will need carpet as well. I have shopping around and cant find any one with a lower price for the quality of carpet. If I get the customer service as my parents did, then will be my go-to from here on out.

Tony was very rude. And not professional at all, if you half to return something they get mad. And make you pay a 15 percent stocking fee. Which they never tell you when you buy from them, buyers beware go some place else once they get your money your screwed. I give this place 0 stars

We purchased $1500 in flooring at flooring now In Herrin Illinois. We had to return it because it wouldn’t snap together right on our floor they charged us a 15% restocking fee $206 which is wrong during COVID-19 even though we was purchasing other flooring from them they didn’t care we spent over $1800 after the restocking fee do not buy from the store and if you return something good luck I give them zero stars
