I wanted to share my recent experience with Bryan Furniture. I bought a bonded leather couch and loveseat from Bryan about 3 years ago. Jackson Furniture is who made the couch and loveseat (I bought a Jackson Furniture chair and ottoman from Bryan prior to this purchase and really liked the springs in the cushions so I decided to go with Jackson again). For some reason the bonded leather on the couch started to separate in a few places after about three years. The couch only had a 1-year warranty with Jackson. I decided to call Joe at Bryan Furniture anyway mainly to let him know what was going on with the couch. To make a long story short, Joe contacted Jackson Furniture and provided them with pictures of my couch, and Jackson decided to replace my entire couch. I was also able to get the loveseat cushion covers replaced due to one of them having the same issue with the bonded leather beginning to separate in one spot (I didnt even ask for the second cushion cover and offered to pay for it). I cant think of a better experience working with someone like Joe when I really had no expectation of getting anything replaced. I have my new couch and new loveseat cushion covers, and both are fantastic. I will continue to buy furniture from Bryan Furniture even though it is a 35 minute drive from where I live. You can certainly know that you are going to be well taken care of from the folks at Bryan Furniture. I definitely recommend giving them a look for any and all of your furniture needs.
