DON’T MAKE ANY LARGE PURCHASES !!!The return policy is whatever it needs to be to keep your money. It’s aimed toward giving you no refund whatsoever. I received two items as a gift and had no use for them, so like anyone else I tried getting a refund. The items were still unopened and wrapped in plastic. The manager Kevin was going to refund the money back to the person who bought the gifts. He suggested that I ask the person who bought me the gifts for my refund. Therefore my options are, give the gifts back to the person who bought them for me, keep the items I don’t need or ask them for the money they spent on the gifts, but who wants to do that? So I’m stuck with these items. I will promote any other lumber yard than this one!

After a small remodel I found it dicult to find siding to match my existing. By chance I stopped at South Side lumber. Not only was it in stock it was very reasonably priced and the guys that loaded it went out of there way to make sure it was safe to transport. I will go there first next time and Im telling all my friends in Marion.
