Bruce was very nice. They have several pianos to choose from new and used.They treated my parents very well.

Impressive service! I bought a used piano that had not been inspected yet by a technician and it ended up having several issues after It was delivered. The Baldwin technician Henry Nicholidas completely overhauled the piano free of charge and it is in wonderful condition!
