Bought a 2019 Mazda cx5 a few yrs ago. Service was good but didnt like there warranty promotion. Bought an extended warranty that I thought would pay for everything including elec components. Mine wouldnt even pay for a rear hatch component. $500 later i wasnt happy.. Read before you buy!!!

I was looking for a lightly used Mazda CX-5 and came across a posting for a 2019 Grand Touring at a great price at Frederick Hershey. We live nearly two hours away in the Baltimore, MD area, but it seemed like a great deal, so we made the drive. I’m so glad we did! Tom in sales and Jason in finance were fantastic to work with. The whole process from test drive to driving my new car off the lot took less than two hours. If you’re looking for a quality and affordable used car, definitely check them out.

I needed something that would perform great in the snow and economically tow my-sized camper with ease. Although the building was clean and its employees polite, inference will show that the mechanic shop is a less-than-stellar experience waiting to happen. With the inspection due for my Honda Civic, I saw in the newspaper that Fredericks would do it for just $10. What a deal! I said. I realized, though, that it does not take more than simple math to see that there is no way a shop could manage to break even with such a low price. With caution, then, I decided to scout this place out and cut my minimal losses if work needed to be done. After the inspection was complete, I was told by the clerk that an essential pipe was majorly cracked. Replacement could cost up to $800. But, wed be happy to take it to another shop we partner with to get it welded for ONLY $400! (or something to that effect.)Despite his pleading to accept this offer, I went to another shop that I knew was trustworthy. Indeed, this pipe was cracked but they did the welding for half the cost that Fredericks estimated. Not only that, but they said the check engine light would occasionally turn on. It was determined that the problem was in the oxygen sensor. It seemed that when Fredericks was rooting through the cars innards for this cracked pipe, they pulled the wiring out. When the wires were replaced, it was all done incorrectly. Although they could have easily claimed I needed a brand-new sensor (*I glare at Fredericks) Blueprints were found so that they could simply rewire it for a very low cost.Now, I am no detective so I will refrain from pointing fingers. However, any consumer with common sense can see from these objective truths can see one of two things:1. Fredericks mechanic shop will try to unfairly blind-side its customers to make some solid cash without the restrictive chains of a market with morals.2. Fredericks mechanic shop has a tendency to engage in what can only be described as malpractice. In the end, although the effects were not necessarily the intention, the customer will have a much lighter wallet and not much better of a vehicle.In either case, this shop has not shown evidence that it deserves credibility. It can only be determined that the average customer will only be met with a frustrating experience.

I had an easy and quick process to getting my new car. In a timely matter that I needed to get a new car it was hassle free and Tom Zemba helped me out in an easy process.

I had very good experience. The person who sits at the service desk was very understanding about my timings and schedule. I highly recommend the service there. My car failed the inspection because of bad tires and the person in charge there gave me a chance to get it fixed and get it reinspected there for only $8 instead of charging me full price again. While I was there I was looking at the cars as well. The cars they had were in very good condition with very good price

This is the only place ill take my vehicles ... Theyre the best ! Once again ... just had my Impala worked on and they did a great job. The price was extremely fair and the service on my car is second to none... I tip my hat to yall ! I dont normally go on about a review but Fredericks deserves and earned the five stars ... the old fashioned way, hard word, honesty and you get more than what you paid for ... a handshake that actually means something, which is pretty rare these days !

Came from Pittsburgh to buy a truck. It was better than the pictures showed. I had a great experience dealing with Tom. I would buy from them again.

My car went to their body shop because it was in an accident. My insurance company paid to have 2 of my tires replaced because they were damaged in the accident. I asked and they said I could pay to have 2 new tires put on the back of my car. When my car was in for inspection, I find out they never put the back tires on my car that I pay for, I never received a sales receipt from them, and the person I spoke with wont help because he is new/wasnt there. When I took my car out to prove my back 2 tires are bald because they needed replaced when the front ones were replaced, they informed me I shouldnt be driving my car. I need a car to get to and from work and do not have extra money just sitting around to put on 2 new back tires. I originally trusted this dealership, however, I will NEVER go back here again. I was scammed and am not going to end up paying for their mistake.

Just bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from George, good experience nice to see a dealer that you can actually make a deal without the usual car dealer run around.

I feel they had great customer service. I was able to test drive the car and they were willing to fix anything that needed fixed. Mr. Zemba and everyone I met there were very nice and accommodating. I would recommend family and friends to go there.

It was clean, the manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Its children friendly and it had coloring books, crayons, and books for them to read. It also had a lounge area with a TV to watch. Nice, very nice.

I would highly reccomend Steve! I dont normally enjoy working with sales people because I hate being talked into something I dont want. He searched for the specific vehicle I wanted under difficult circumstances! He not only found the vehicle, got us a loan with a great interest rate and he took the time to make sure the vehicle was safe! It took a week for us to get (which bummed us out a bit) but he kept in contact with us every day to update us on what was going on!

Sndh. I dont even know where to start. They sold me a car that was past due for an oil change, and asked me to sign saying the milage was almost 800 miles less then it actually was. They texted me 3 weeks after having the car asking for documenta that gad already been peovided to them.....this was done on multiple occasions. I dont even know how or why.... Im so upset that i did business with these people. The woman Kim i think her name is hung up on me after i became frustrated that they were calling for documents that already had. It was the worst most unprofessional experience of my life.....response...you guys a awful. The response is garbage. Kim never offered me to take the car back, i suggested i return and get my downpayment back. She said she would have to look into that. Furthermore, I was never unkind to her ever. I would imagine that if she is the store manager then that would explain a lot about why i received the care or lack there of that i did. I would imagine that all of your pgone calls are recorded . I would encourage amd executive to review them. Thank you for showing me and other who NOT to do business with. Relative to the milage on the car that information was ponted out to my salesman Rob i think his name was and he was not attentive to the concern. Best wishes. #betterbusinesspracticesneeded

I was a winner of a prize that was offered by flier. I went to the shop knowing they would push to sell me a car. They did try but after refusing and stating I want my prize (whatever that may be) they left for the other room and came back with a Walmart card. Out of pure curiosity I went to Walmart to find out the amount on the card. The amount was $3.32. They gave me a used card.

I feel they were a bit shady in trying to sell me a car.

👎🏾this car dealership is a joke,I went to one,and they tried to put me in the car they wanted me in😑🤨then I go to the Hershey🤨even worse!they they try and sell me a 2015 Chrysler 300,tht cost $23,00 sticker.....after finding a bank to finance me,....even with a cosigner and trade in....70months later I would paid $50k,on a car thts only worth 20k😑....🤣😂🤣😂,lawyers,mechanics,and car dealers.....u guys all went to the same school get over on the little guy.
