I had an GREAT experience. My consultant (Natasha) was not only fantastic at listening to what I wanted, but she knew where to push me outside of my box and found some dresses I loved that I never would have considered. We were ahead of schedule during my appointment and she made it a point to say, Lets have fun trying on a few more - today is about you. Purely due to timing I was unable to get my dress at Cocoa Couture, but I had such a great experience and Id highly recommend!

Quality dresses, professional service.Went to Cocoa Couture about two months before my wedding because of an issue with a different dress, and my budget was small. They helped me find a great dress and get it fitted twice before the wedding.Heidi worked with me to find some off-the-rack dresses that had the A-line silhouette I wanted, but she also selected some other silhouettes. We went to a private dressing room, and she helped guide me to a dress that felt perfect (it actually was a different silhouette than A-line) while making the experience really fun. After that, each time I had a fitting, Heidi was there to see how it looked.Theresa, their in-house seamstress, did the alterations quickly despite it being a busy time of year. There was a strip of beaded fabric on the bottom of the dress; she took care that when the dress was bustled, the beading went perfectly around the bottom. The alterations were somewhat costly but worth it given the quality and work required.Overall, had a great experience at Cocoa Couture and would highly recommend going there.

I went to Cocoa couture seeking a wedding gown for a beach wedding in December. From the moment We (myself and a friend) stepped through the door, it was a 5 star experience. We were greeted at the door by our stylist, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire experience. I really valued the expert advice as I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for (especially given the beach wedding) or what would look the best on me. We had a private dressing area and the stylist had a line of gowns ready to try on that I selected and also that she thought would meet/exceed my expectations. The stylist selected a gown that I most likely would never have picked yet it was absolutely perfect and everything I was Looking for once it was on. The entire experience was fun and yet felt very personal at the same time. Cocoa couture has been by far my favorite bridal experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I found the gown for my special day all while having a wonderful, stress free experience!

I came here in 2018 when preparing for my wedding and forgot to post a review. The staff were horrendously rude and thank goodness for my girl squad because they dished that right back while I was changing dresses. We immediately went out for a wine tasting down the street after our experience so luckily my girls salvaged the day.

My daughter and I were last minute prom dress shopping when we found out the school was allowing prom! We had 8 days left until prom and were worried we wouldn’t find anything in time! We stopped by Cocoa Couture as a last stop of the day, just to see what they had and told the girls we were running short on time. Natalie said we weren’t leaving there without a beautiful dress and she was right! Her eye for fashion was incredible. She matched dresses to my daughter we would have never though to try and fully accessorized dresses that made the dress look so amazing! We finally left with a dress after a full 1-2 hours of styling and pampering. My daughter felt so special and had all the attention on her, like it was her wedding day!We then realized we needed alterations due to the requirements of her school and the hem was too long. We were referred to Cocoa’s primary seamstress who unfortunately already had a full plate due to wedding and prom season! We were further referred to Cocoa’s back-up seamstress to see if she could fit us in before prom and little did we know she not only would be able to fit us in but treated us like we were her only client, saying “I got you, we will make this happen!” We were skeptical at first given our time constraints and that it was the “back-up” seamstress.6 days later...we were Freakin BLOWN AWAY at the master craftsmanship of the talented Heidi! She hemmed the dress perfectly, closed up the plunge neck line, fixed the belt loops and used the extra material from the dress to make a matching cape and mask for our daughter’s murder mystery themed prom! We were all a little teary-eyed when my daughter tried on the dress. It was fit for a queen.We cannot thank Cocoa Couture or Heidi enough for treating us like gold. It’s truly an amazing shop and the best experience we’ve ever had dress shopping. I will refer all of my friends and family here forever.The prices were incredible (one of my daughter’s favorite dresses was only $75!!!) and we walked out of there with a steal of a price even with the alterations. They didn’t treat us like we weren’t worth their time only looking for prom dresses instead of wedding or bridesmaids dresses that I’m sure bring in more money for their business. They treated us like we really mattered and they really cared, like it was their own daughter prom shopping and I can’t thank them enough, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!

Horrible experience yesterday at Cocoa Couture. We walked in 5-10 min before our appointment time, no one greeted us. We started looking at dresses and were told we “wouldn’t be able to see them well because they were in the clear bags”. Still decided to look... finally 15 min after our appointment time, we were asked if we had an appointment. Said yes, and our “stylist” said she didn’t know if she was helping us and had to check. She came back and said yes she would be helping g us. She took us into one of their two bridal “suites”. She asked if I was looking for anything in particular and I said yes and gave her an idea of what I liked and didn’t like. She brought in two dresses one with ugly lace and the other with a full tulle skirt (which I said I didn’t want/like). I tried both on and hated both. She then proceeded to state that well if I don’t like those two, they probably didn’t have anything for me. My family was astonished. Most places will let you try on whatever you wanted. My sister went out and suggested a few to the “stylist” and she said I wouldn’t like them. Wouldn’t my sister know what I liked? Horrible overall experience. We then left after only 1/2 hour. Store is super rundown and remind us of a second hand shop not a couture store. Stylist kept saying she had to get her manager to help us, isn’t that what the stylist is for? Astonished at the service, or lack there of. Idk if it’s changed hands now or we just got unlucky but it is not at all what we were expecting.

I came to Cocoa Courture myself just to see if there would be anything that I would like for my wedding dress. Aimee was the absolute best! She took pictures of me in each dress and I ended up finding one I loved. I came back the next week with my entire crew and bought the dress! Aimee was amazing and made the entire process easy.

Has a variety of different dress styles for a wedding or special occasion. Made an appointment and they were very helpful.

The ladies here are wonderful! They were helpful, considerate, and overall gave me the best experience. I cant express how caring and understanding they were and all they wanted was to help me get the right dress! You want a good experience you need to go to them! Thank you to all the ladies!

I had purchased a gown for a modeling event I am going to. This has been by far the best service I have ever had in a dress shop. It was a comfortable environment and I didnt feel rushed or pressured to buy a gown (which I have often experienced at other shops) I enjoyed how friendly everyone was and I will definitely be purchasing more gowns here in the future!!

Paige helped me and she was a doll! I didnt like the color of the dress I liked so she really made me see the real color by helping me however she can! This Bridal shop is phenomenal! I learned about this store by word of mouth from a male employee at Mission BBQ who said his wife bought her dress there! We figured it couldn’t hurt to check it out! The selection of dresses were high quality and the staff was absolutely incredible! I came in with a specific budget, and they staff was extremely accommodating! They treated me as if they wanted to make my day special, not like they were in it for a sale! Highly recommend this bridal shop to everyone! Definitely worth a 2 hour drive for the wide selection and excellent staff!

Do not go here if you are interested in any dresses from new collections. I went with tons of pictures from designers they claim to carry. They had one of them. They told me that their collection is 1-2 years behind the current ones and what I wanted was too on trend.

The women in this store are amazing to work with! All I had to do was talk about the styles I liked and Page started pulling dresses for me. Even after trying on several she kept thinking of more and bringing those to me! It was wonderful to be so welcomed even though I wasn’t purchasing a higher priced gown!

Not very walkin friendly. I will not be returning and providing any business here. All because I did not have an appointment or a firm budget in mind they were not very warm into helping me. I am willing to spend a good amount of money for a dress and just because I ask for a sample or sale dress does not mean that I wouldnt be willing to spend more. Just very unwelcoming and super disappointed for my first time ever attempting to go try on at least one dress.

I highly recommend Coco Couture! I was looking for a specific style of wedding gown and they helped me find my dream dress and ordered it exactly how I wanted it! It even came in early and they helped me try it on when it did come in. I loved my experience there!

These ladies are fabulous! I got my wedding dress 3days prior to my wedding. We had issues with spanx sizing but totally not their fault. That size chart was WAY off. They even gave me sizing advice while trying on dresses at a 2nd hand store prior to my appt time with them. Beyond thankful

I’m not the type to write reviews, but after two awful experiences here I felt I should write one.My sister in law and I both purchased our wedding gowns from Cocoa Couture.First was my wedding. All of my bridesmaids picked out a gown and put deposits down. The next day I received a phone call stating they made a mistake and the gown that was picked out did not come in the color I had asked for even though the employees told me specifically which section of the store to look in. We went elsewhere for their gowns.When my wedding gown was ready for me to pick up unfortunately they had “forgot” to place the order for my veil AND a flower clip.Next was my sister in laws wedding. Thought maybe we would give them another try. We purchased her gown from Cocoa Couture as well as the bridesmaids gowns. We go to pick up her dress when it came in and found out THEY NEGLECTED TO ORDER THE BRIDESMAIDS GOWNS. All because one girl didn’t send her money in. But they never relayed that information to my sister in law.I would NEVER recommend any ever purchase from Cocoa Couture nor would I ever make a purchase from here again.

I went into the store ready to buy but no one greeted us. As I got closer to the two young ladies at the desk they just looked at me in a funny way, but I said hello and they seemed reluctant to say it back. Only one of them barely said hello. It made me feel like I didn’t want to spend my money there. The few dresses I looked at were over priced and lacked couture style in my opinion. I didn’t look at any other dresses once I received the cold non welcome. I’ll go spend my money elsewhere!!!

Purchased my wedding dress from Cocoa Couture and couldnt have been happier with the selections and the service. Brittany was a wonderful consultant to work with, and Loula (the seamstress) was tons of fun to work with right up until the week before my wedding. My dress looked absolutely beautiful thanks to everyone at Cocoa Couture, and I would highly recommend their shop to anyone!

Brittany helped me, and we had a fantastic experience. She found a dress I would have never imagined seeing myself in and it turned out to be perfect. Same with the veil and tiara. I cant wait for them to come in.

I went to cocoa couture after visiting another bridal shop and having a horrible first wedding dress appointment. Danielle was my consultant and she was fantastic. I was fearful of the entire dress appointment idea but she sat down with me to find out some important answers to questions she had while giving me feedback for my answers. She paid close attention to my budget which i felt was super important, had me and my party pull dresses we were interested in and with every dress explained the type and what made it different. Although i made the appointment to look not buy I fell in love with 2 dresses. Danielle patiently helped me into both dresses several times trying to help me make my decision, all the while asking me questions about each dress and swapping veils for a true picture. After trying on several (9-11) dresses and 2 dresses several times i made my selection on the dress and veil in only about 2 hours. Danielle and cocoa couture were so accommodating to all of us including 3 grade school guests in my party i would recommend them to anyone. Dont waste your time going to large chain stores. You are missing the true professional expertise you will find at Cocoa Couture. Thanks again!-- Nicole

Fantastic experience at Cocoa Couture!! Jen was my consultant and was AMAZING. She allowed us to pull and try on tons of dresses of our choosing, as well as ones that she picked out herself based on my description of what I was looking for... In the end, I bought the first dress that I tried on that she picked for me and I am SO excited about it!! She totally knew what I was looking for and found me a gorgeous and unique dress that was unlike anything I had tried on before (and I tried on a TON of dresses!!) I was running out of time to order a dress and was on a time crunch (my wedding was 6 months away) and Jen was so accommodating in making sure my dress would be in with plenty of time to spare! Going back for the bridesmaids and flower girls dresses too! :)

I have been to a number and variety of different bridal stores over the years, but I have never been in one with such a lack of professionalism in my life. When I walked in, the first thing I heard was a yipping dog, which was wandering aimlessly throughout the shop. Im pretty sure that a bridal shop with expensive gowns was not the place for this animal. The girl who waited on us took us to one room and left us there. We were not permitted to browse the dresses, until we repeatedly asked. As we sat waiting for the bride-to-be to try on dresses, the rest of the staff stood at the front counter, which was right next to us, talking loudly and obscenly about things we definitely did not need to hear. Further more, I felt like I was in a second hand bridal shop. This is far from a boutique or anything fancy. The dresses were in horrible shape, and the shop itself left a lot to be desired. The name is very deceiving!! This place is a dump.

I had an amazing experience here this weekend! The staff are extremely friendly and Sarah made me feel like she was one of my friends while helping me decide on a wedding gown that was right for me!

Avoid this place at all costs! Terrible place, bad service and untrustworthy management. They are rude, entitled and give poor service.My sister had her wedding dress CUSTOM made here and they treated her like dirt. She had to get multiple alterations and the dress still fit poorly. How can you need alterations for a dress that was designed for you?We all ordered our bridesmaids dresses and they handed them over still in the plastic packaging from China- they didnt even hang them! The one bridesmaid had a huge ink stain on her dress that they didnt even check, so they had to reorder it, and it came in two days before the wedding. The seamstress altered it taking measurements over the phone, and then they tried to charge my sister for it. It was terrible.Their manager is an absolute jerk. He stood at the door arguing with us refusing to let us leave with the bridesmaid dress that needed $80 worth of alterations at the last minute because of the ink fiasco. He actually said to my sister youve already spent this much, whats another $80 in the big picture? It was literally hours before her wedding, and they were terrible to her.Horrible service, once they get your money, they turn very rude and mean. Trust me, its not what you want to deal with for your wedding! Avoid this place!

The women that work to assist are wonderful and helpful. The management and owner...not so much. I bought a sample dress that normally retails for $2800, for $2000. The dress had some wear, and ripped beading, and I saw that when I bought it. However, when I took it to a seamstress where I live, they pointed out the dress had a very large stain taken out in the front near an upper leg that had damaged the silk texture and color. I called the store back and told them about what I learned, and that I was surprised they were selling highly damaged dresses. The GM, Josh, was EXTREMELY rude, and essentially told me they had a business a run and the had already given me a huge discount. I got off the phone crying, and felt cheated by the company. Ladies, just go in eyes wide open.
