This is a pretty nice Michael Kors store from a merchandising and staff perspective. The biggest opportunity they have is with making sure all of their items are priced and sales are clearly advertised. I found a lot of items in the clearance and men’s section that were not priced.

Always a great experience at this location. Employees are always so respectful!

Purchased an item from this location and within 2 months the item broke. We contacted the store with no success, then we finally were able to get in touch with the warranty dept.. They required that we send the item back at OUR COST! After they reviewed the item they replaced it but we never received the cost to send them the item, even after we requested the money several times!!!!

I was VERY disappointed at the customer service. I purchased a pair of sandals. The right foot was defective. I wanted to exchange them for a pair that werent. I had only had them for 2 days and it was on my foot for less than a hour. Was told NO they would not do a exchange because I had them on my feet? I have the box and receipt but they didnt care. Will never shop there again.

Poor customer service. I bought a watch there a couple weeks ago and my boyfriend went to get it sized. They gave him a hard time and then accused me of purchasing the item at Macy’s when I have the receipt in hand. Never again will I look at this place the same way again.

Staff kept watching and following me and my children around the store as I was deciding on merchandise to purchase. Felt very uncomfortable, all eyes on us. Oh did mention I made a purchase.
