4, instead of 5 ONLY because of limited selection of merchandise. And YES, I know its an outlet! Im saying even for an outlet this store has a limited selection ...However the Sales Associates deserve a 5 because theyre informed and helpful and pleasant.The facility deserves a 5 as it is always clean, the merchandise is in the right spot, and the signage is correct.I Do Not enjoy shopping, but I look fwd to going to this Under Armour Outlet everytime I visit Hershey!

Useless and horrible customer service... 4 associates could not take the time to greet when we got there. Not once did anyone offer assistance. Most quiet checkout ever. No engagement. Got home and realized they never rang up our whole order. Ridiculous. Then go back to spend more money and I asked where the stuff went that was piled on the counter. 6 shirts and jacket possible hoodie. I dont know was the only response I got. No one cared to ask the other associates that actually would have remembered 20 minutes prior. Instead they ignored me wanting to spend more money, turned around to fold more items and left me standing there. Waste of my time. Lost the care to retrace where I found everything. Been a huge supporter of Under Armour wear for years. Im done.

Nice helpful staff. Selection was limited but prices were very good.

Wasnt crowded. Shelves full. Plenty of choices for men and women. Sales items as low as 10.00. Lots of athletic style clothing...not what I was looking for.

Staff are very helpful and have no problem checking the stock room room for you, but the clothing selection is very limited compare to other outlets I visited before. Mask is not mandatory in PA but they do clean the fitting rooms after each customer.

Stopped in later afternoon. Found some shirts for my son. Wife asked the lady on cash register as we were checking out if they might have a shoe size in the back. The lady on the cash register asked another female employee to check. She was doing some sorting near the register. Was immediately met with a “omg did she just ask me to do this, like, really” look. She was very snappy with a very fake attitude. Says to my wife “ Okay, I guess I’ll go check for you.” If you are in customer service/retail helping the CONSUMER/CUSTOMER is YOUR Number 1 priority. The sorting of shirts that you were doing can wait. I don’t think she even truly checked to see if the size was in the back. Probably went back gossiped about how a “ Lady seriously just asked me to look for shoes while she saw I was sorting, can you believe that? Like OMG!” Learn some manners and save the side eye and fake attitude for when you clock out. When you are on the clock, we the consumer are the priority. Rant over..

Love this store. Great discount prices and a wide selection of nice apparel. Everything from shoes to shirts underwear to jackets. All under armour and discounted. Picked up a $60 polo for $23.

As most realize UA products are a relatively good sport & fitness product just very pricey. Im surprised to find nice deals here. They are little short on size variety. Normal sizes might be hard to find overall nice experience!

I have another name for Under Armour ... I call it Drool City because they always have an enormous selection of great clothes and shoes. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and friendly as well. It really is a Super Store to visit .....

Excellent customer service. I never had a problem with their clothing. One time a jacket i purchased became damaged after wearing it a few times. They let me exchange it for a different jacket (as the one i had wasnt in stock anymore). I just paid the difference and they honored the outlet coupon used on the first jacket. No hassle from them at all. Very happy shopping here. Employees are very pleasant.

I love UA, but they no longer do long sleve tall XL. They know their business. I know what I need. LONG sleves. Their short sleeve shirts are great. At home or on a trip. I wear UA.

Absolutely terrible experience. Employees were rude on Black Friday. Me and my kids tried walking around and had to squeeze past some people (including employees) and one employee started yelling saying I did not say excuse me. I ignored him because I did say excuse me and I guess my children were looking at him and then he proceeded to tell them “if you want to say something than say something”.I really couldn’t believe that a employee would say that to young kids.They will not be getting my service.

Clean, easy to find what I was looking for and browse for other things. Very organized, even for a busy weekend.

The only good stuff there is the under clothing.

Under Armour in Hershey has some of the best clothing selections for girls and women. The Under Armour in Rockvale has mostly clothing for men. The new Under Armour in Tanger has the most shoe selections. To get the best available price, you have to time it right when they have their 40% off on (most) holidays like Memorial Day, Black Friday, 4th of July, etc. All stores offer a 10% off military discount and 10% off for emergency responders.

The prices are a bit high for being an Outlet store. For me not an Under Armour person, I feel unless you already like Under Armour, you may not like the shoes and the style of the clothing. The clothes are mostly for athletic people, not alot of sizes for the larger non-athletic person.

Under Armour is normally a pretty pricey brand to buy clothes from but this outlet always has sales. One of my favorite places to shop.
