After finding 45 minute plus waits at all the local area breakfast joints, with a hockey game to get to, we landed here. While I love a good hearty breakfast, it was such a treat to find this place! Donuts made to order with FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL staff (all of whom appear very young!). You made us feel welcome and the donuts were divine! Melt. In. Your. Mouth. We bought extras to take back to Florida with us…they were gone before we left PA. :)

If you are from afar and are in Hershey, you have to stop here. Crazy amounts of options...and not the nasty cereal toppings. The donuts are made to order so they are warm. Kind of expensive, like $20 per dozen. But why not!!!!

Love these donuts 🍩. I drove an hour just to get them. I bought a dozen and before I left I bought another dozen. My friens and I left with 4 dozen altogether. I even ate 2 before I left. It was well worth the drive.

Great little personal made donut shop. Just vanilla cake donut base with a wide variety of icings, toppings, etc. to choose from. But the cake donuts really are delicious- warm, slightly crispy on the outside, soft cakey almost gooey on the inside. Just try it once. The kids love it.

This was our first visit to Duck Donuts in Hershey. It was incredibly busy. Nevertheless, the staff was very efficient and our order was ready in under 10 minutes. Theres no such thing as a bad donut here. They were all delicious. Also highly recommend tge breakfast sandwiches. Yummy! Theres plenty of parking in back, plus seating on the inside and outside.

Drove from colonial park to Hershey in search of these donuts. It was worth the drive! We ordered online and picked up in store. It smelled absolutely heavenly in there with all the fresh donut smells. Our favorite was the maple bacon which was surprising because it’s bacon on a donut. They’re warm and very soft! Of course these are more expensive than Dunkin or the grocery store, but we loved them so much that we would definitely order again.

Really fun place to get donuts! Super customizable. A little bit pricey compared to other places you can get donuts, but they’re our favorite in town and the level of customization is unique. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious too! Maybe others will have other opinions, but to be honest, the coffee wasn’t anything to write home about. Still, overall, great experience every time.

Donuts are always great, but workers do not seem to care. I ordered 2 donuts online, and the wait time was supposed to be 10 minutes. I didnt go in until 15 minutes after to give them some extra time. When I went in, the worker gave me one of my donuts and didnt even know about my second one. They then printed out a receipt of my online order and seemed surprised at it. They were in absolutely no rush to make the donut that was supposed to be done, and I ended up waiting 10 extra minutes. I ordered online to be able to grab my food and leave, and I even gave them extra time. They were not even busy at all, there were four workers, two of which were conversing with each other and doing nothing, and I was the only customer in the store. Disappointed.

Warm, custom made, cake donuts (vanilla or chocolate base). Many delightful flavors (like maple bacon and lemon raspberry) and completely custom options. Delicious!They also carry espressos; however these, while not bitter, are low end and simple-- more like strong coffee than the delightful spicy bite of quality espresso. However, they also will not distract from the main event of a warm donut full of flavor!

Best donuts Ive ever had, great service, very clean, atrocious milk shakes and frappes, consistency of chocolate milk but with less flavor(we tried both), McDonalds shakes, as bad as they are, are still an enormous step up. Normally would be a two or three star review but the donuts are sublime.

Im a self-proclaimed Donut Aficionado and Duck Donuts makes fresh custom crafted donuts made to order. Id be hard pressed to declare a favorite donut here, but the Blueberry Pancake is my current favorite. Their $0.99 coffee refills are an ingenious trap to keep me coming back several times per week for a quick donut fix. Its not unusual to find long lines during the tourist season, but then who wouldnt enjoy their creations? You wont find a Boston Cream filled donut here, but many other choices are sure to please.

Hot donuts made to order. Doesnt get much better than that. It was very busy but the line moved quickly. They have plenty of suggestions at the counter for combinations of glazes and toppings but you cant see them until you get right to the register. Maybe they could post suggestions on a sign you could see while standing in line?The staff was friendly and apologized for the wait when we picked up our order. It really wasnt that long considering that they are made to order.Very similar set up to the Fractured Prune Beach goers to Delaware and Maryland will know.

My husband went to pick up an online order today. He was ignored. When he finally spoke up was given our order and they didnt even open the box to confirm everything was okay. Which it wasnt. My normal Duck Donuts is on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, PA. They are a well oiled machine and provide exceptional customer service. This location is far more than lacking. The box is a sloppy mess. Out of the 12 donuts ordered, 2 looked okay. They did not dip the donuts into the toppings but rather sprinkled them while icing was already cooling. I am utterly dissappointed in this location and will NOT return. Well drive the extra 15mins Mechanicsburg. Visual appeal is important!!! Consistency is important. Putting out quality product is important EVEN IF YOU ARE BUSY. I would gladly wait extra time for better results! I gave 2 stars because at least they got the order right.

Overall had a much better experience and was met by very pleasant employees inside the store. Thank you for improving my experience and, as usual, the whole family thought the donuts were amazing!

Duck Donuts are very good. Yellow cake donuts only, but you can add lots of toppings using their order form or go with the donut combinations they have as options at the counter. They fry the donuts after you order so they are still warm when you eat them.

I love the cinnamon sugar, pictured in the center, it has the perfect sweetness... my son loves the strawberry frosted.What sets these apart from the crowd is that they are made while you wait, hot, out of the oven/fryer. They are a different donut, a different product, then any chain could produce, and they are wonderful!I was pleasantly surprised how good the iced coffee was as well. It was a perfect place to bring my son for a morning treat in Hershey, PA. Kudos Duck Donuts!

Dude. Unreal. $1.50 to customize your own donut? Amazing. They have like 40 different donuts for you to choose from, they are fried right in front of your eyes and topped immediately, they come out still warm and so rich. Its unreal. You have to have a glass of milk on hand or a gallon of water. Beware though, 3 of these will ruin your appetite for a few hours....super rich. Delicious 😋
