If the person at the store had more in-depth color knowledge related to how it can change in different lighting, if the different lighting was available to test the colors under and if there was more diversity between the shades, it would have been 5 stars from me.

Trevor at the Hershey store/showroom was great to work with and was able to get me the paint I needed from another store at the 40% off promotion. Called me the next day and told me that it was ready for pickup. Carried the supplies to my car.
