My elderly mom’s refrigerator started to go out on her, and this is the first major home malfunction that has happened since her husband (or her “handyman” as she likes to call him) passed away. She was very overwhelmed and pretty distraught about the whole situation, but thankfully she got connected to R&R appliances! They came out and found that the sensor was out, so they replaced it and saved her thousands of dollars. Great experience, and thank you for your honest work!

My washer started giving me problems. I found this place on Google. I called and they were closed, but the lady that answered offered to send someone to the store. I go to the store during normal business hours and the gentleman working was very nice and helpful. Asked me what the problem was and said could probably be repaired. So I called for a service visit late in the afternoon. Rigo came the very next day. It was $35 for service visit, but would be applied to cost of repairs if I chose to have it done. I did choose to and was very affordable. Rigo was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

Excellent service. Professionalism. Had my refrigerator repaired in one hour for a fraction of the cost of an estimate I got from another location. The other place gave me an estimate of $650. This place repaired it for $150.

We went in looking for a new washer for my mother n law and Raul was so great. Excellent service, very nice people.my dryer wouldnt heat up I called Friday around 12 to schedule an appointment, lady told me they could have someone out same day. Repair man called in let me know hed be there by 4:30. He did an amazing job. Found and fixed the problem very quickly, then took the dryer apart and cleaned everything out even lubricated the barrings. Very very nice and professional. Definately would recommend them

What a great and honest family owned business. My husband found this place and I went to got take a look. I was in and out with a new washer and dryer within 20 min. They also have some other appliances on sale right now so go take a look when you can! I spent less than $700 for both a new washer and dryer, delivery and installation. Dont use this company to get a consultation for your appliances. I bought a refrigerator from them which works well and I was having issues with my dryer so they told me they could do a free consultation to figure out what was wrong with it. So we did the consultation and they took the dryer. They then told they would call us back about the dryer which they never did until we called them a few months later realizing they wouldnt call back. They told us that they fixed the dryer without our knowledge and requested we pay for the repairs. Its been several months that have passed and we still have not gotten any calls from them or our dryer back.

I don’t know what you all expect but this is a used appliance shop. My experiences have always been very pleasant. These people answer the phone and get back to you ASAP. You can buy cheap appliances here cuz they refurbished them. They have always been very honest and understanding people. I thank them. Have a dog grooming shop that goes thru dryers and washers like tissue paper. They are always the ones I turn too!
