Best price I can find around for A/C service. They have a flat rate. Had my system checked for leaks and recharged. They also have a good warranty on their A/C service. My car was done as promised. Everybody I spoke to at the shop was friendly and chatted like a friend. Mike was informative and up front. Hopefully I dont need any major repairs, but if I do, Ill be back here.

Thought I wait a few weeks before I put my two cents in. Pros: Definitely deserve the positive reviews listed here. Nice people. Very reasonable rates and repairs done on my a/c is great. Blowing out cold air again. Cons: This place is a victim of their own success. Dropped off my vehicle on a Friday morning. On Saturday, called to get an update. Mike apologized saying they were really busy and would call back. Monday, called to get an update. Got my quote and proceeded to get the repairs done. Due to parts and staffing issues, vehicle was completed four days later. Need to point out that this wasnt a primary vehicle and was not in a rush to have the repairs done right away. Therefore, please keep in mind your repairs may take a little longer than anticipated. That being said, this doesnt take away from the quality of work they do at this place.

I was having major issues with my car. I commute for work so out a lot of miles on my car. 150K in 5 years. It’s no stranger that my stock parts will eventually give way. However, auto wrench does a great job finding the issue and getting the job done. I found myself having to call daily to check on status only because of what I do for work. So occasional updates or projected time frames would be nice personally for me so I can adjust. But the staff understand and knows why I’m calling the amounts I am. I can’t thank you guys enough for your professionalism and honesty.

The team over at Autowrench 2.0 is AMAZING!!! They somehow pulled off an entire engine replacement a couple months ago in my 2016 Nissan Rogue for a total of $2900! I was expecting to pay up to around $5000. It was done fast and ready on time just like they promised. Not only that, but my car gets significantly better gas mileage than it was before breaking down. I waited to do this review to make sure there wouldnt be any lasting issues- Im happy to report my car runs like a dream again :) I plan to use Autowrench 2.0 for all my car repair needs from now on.

ME appointment for 9 am and arrived on time. The receptionist,very nice, checked us in. The keys were given and was told the mechanic would call.No call was made all day. I called twice that day and was connected to receptionist . I was told they needed another day for the diagnosis. Around noon. I called, no mechanic called me. Around 4 pm I called a d asked about my car. The mechanic actually spoke to me to tell me that a diagnosis was not and that the noise was from the tires. I knew that that was not accurate. I told them I was coming to pick up the car. The mechanic told me the car was parked in the front of the store. When. I drove up I did not see my car in the front. Went in to say my car was not there. Mechanic said i will go find it. He asked what kind of car I had. Finally I got my car.TWO DAYS later after taking my car down the hill and to two friends that are mechanics. The motor mounts were badly in need of replacing and that was what was causing the noise.I will never go back there. I checked with friends and they said the wont go back there.

I have been trying to get my truck fixed since May 2020, we put a deposit down with another shop. Here came August and we still was getting the run around. So we decided to go elsewhere. I have taken my vehicles here in the past but I was going for convenience (close my house) but I wont do that again. I took my truck in on a Monday and received my quote on Tuesday, in the process of fixing it they found two additional things that needed repair (not a hustle) I knew these things were an issue. They are very thorough and I am very appreciative of the work they did. My truck sounds and runs amazing.(Repaired: Rockers and Lifters, Camshaft and oil filter housing)

As a woman, finding a shop that I can trust is difficult. Some places take advantage and over charge or tell you need more than you really do. Having a range rover makes it harder because not everyone knows how to work on them or understand its special features. Mike definitely knows what he is doing. We had an emergency with our pickup but were just in the area for a couple of days. Auto Wrench went out of their way to help fix the car and save our road trip. But more than that: when I called, the friendliest person was on the other line helping to figure out if they could get the car in for repair. When I was at the shop, an older woman walked in to get her car and was in tears with gratitude for the work and value she received from the shop. I have never seen anything like it before. I took my car in because my power steering went out on me, and I saw that it was leaking very badly. I spoke to the gentleman inside about the issue (Im sorry, I didnt get your name. Hes in the first picture on here of two gentlemen shaking hands. Hes on the left, in the navy blue.). He had another mechanic take a look at my car for a bit, and the mechanic found out that a clamp had just come a bit loose on one of the high pressure lines. So, he tightened it up, put fluid in, checked the car to see if it was still leaking, and there were no leaks. He charged me just a small fee for the inspection. Theres a lot of mechanics out there who wouldve at least said a hose needed to be replaced, and charged me more for something that didnt need to be done.Not only that. I was talking to the mechanic inside about an issue I was having with my suspension. One of the other mechanics overheard me talking about it, and he checked on my suspension after tightening up the hose. They told me my suspension didnt have the issue I thought it might have. I also talked about another shop wanting to charge me around $900 to do another job that required extra parts. The mechanic literally took me into the garage, showed me I didnt need those parts, and said he could do the job for around $80.........Needless to say, this shop has just earned all of my automotive repair business from this moment forward. Im also referring them to everyone. The mechanics are super honest, friendly, and the prices are fair. Thank you guys for the great work, and I will be back within the next week to get a few other wear and tear repairs done.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I did the knuckleheaded move of putting unleaded in my diesel truck. I originally had it towed to a shop recommended by AAA. Long story short my truck was not fixed properly by the first shop. I had it towed to Auto Wrench. Mike greeted me with a scanner in hand to check the health of my truck and to find out why it still wasn’t running. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and what he was seeing. Come to find out the previous shop did not purge all of the unleaded out of the fuel tank and lines. Mike took the time to ensure the job was done properly. He even documented issues with what the previous shop did so I can try and get my money back. Mike cares about his customers and their vehicles. It’s hard to find a shop that will be honest and not overcharge. But Mike is very honest and doesn’t overcharge his customers just for the sake of making money. He genuinely cares. Dropped off my car a week ago, my car was shaking when i drove over 55 front desk lady told me she would call never did a week goes by still no word i call they dont even have an inspection report yet, i went up there to get my car back to drive it to another shop and they charged my 65 dollars for the inspection fee when they finally handed me the report i would never go here no recommend this shop to anyone.

I have used wrench auto for my oil changes tires and repairs. They have been very professional and they know what they are doing. When they have recommended repairs they show you why if possible (like tires worn wrong on the inside ). They don’t recommend repairs that don’t need done. Rates areVery reasonable. I was quoted 1400 to fix my ac in my car, I brought it to auto wrench for a second look and the fix only cost 400. I would have spent all that money and the problem still wouldn’t have been fixed. These guys were so helpful and professional! I definitely recommend this place! Thanks guys!

Our truck broke down on a Sunday in Victorville while we were traveling home to Colorado. We informed them via their website that we dropped it off at their shop. They responded back to us Sunday night. Monday morning they started working on it, got it repaired by noon, and at a VERY reasonable price. We HIGHLY recommend this shop!

I went in on a Saturday desperate for help. I just finished rebuilding my Jeep and I was having issues with a cylinder misfiring. I changed the egr valve, crank position sensor, fuel injectors, and nothing fixed it. Anyways I talked to Mike, and even before I left the car he tried to troubleshoot a couple things in hopes that he could fix it and just send me on my way. Well, I had to leave the Jeep but he called me Monday morning and told me that a spark plug had a bad gap. The Jeep is fixed and running perfectly. The moral of the story is that Mike could have called me and told me it was something horrific and I would have believed him, but hes an honest mechanic, and I will never take my cars and trucks to a different auto shop. Its hard to find an honest mechanic, thankfully Mike and Autowrench are right down the street from me.
