Glen was so helpful! We came in 30 minutes before closing time to purchase new comforters, bed sheets, and pillows. He guided us through the selection and gave us his time. We went to the store to get pillows blankets and sheets. We were there 30 minutes prior to closing and were helped by Glenn. He was more than knowledgeable about the product and demonstrated various the differences between pillows. Glenn was extremely patient and demonstrated that customer service was of the upmost importance.

Suzanne was very knowledgeable about store items and was able to answer all my Questions. Sleep number is Top Quality always but you pay a little more. I was satisfied with my items. Made to last.

I just bought a sleep 💤 😴 number bed 🛌 there today and it was great. The gentleman who helped us Glen was very helpful and polite. He answered all of our questions and concerns and was smiling 😃 and happy. The beds there are not cheap but they are worth the price 😉. I really didnt think much about this beds but once I tried it, it sure changed my mind. I visited the place in Hesperia CALIFORNIA and it was very clean. If you are looking for a really great bed that will last at least 15 years or more you really need to check out this store. Im updating my post today 12/18/2020. Its been 7 days since I received my bed 🛌 . The bed is very comfortable it took my foot and back pain away but as for me and my wife the only problem we have is that the bed is very Hot 🔥 for us. I keep waking up at midnight 😩 sweating really bad. I have changed the sheets to cooler ones but it has not worked. Im returning the bed, it just didnt work for us. But you should know that when you return it they will not take the foundation. They say its another company and they cant take it back so you are stuck with it and the big bill. I was surprised because when I bought it I verified that if I didnt like it they would take it All Back. Surprised Surprised 😮 🤔 they Lied so be aware that they only take the Mattress Nothing Else. Dont get me wrong if they could fix that problem about heating up, this would be a great bed. Hopefully one day they will find the solution.

Im sorry I did not visit the store. I ordered my bed by phone as I am a long time Sleep Number user. I had a store credit because of a purchase made by a family member. I have had a bed for the past ten years and decided to upgrade to a Flexfit. I am a huge fan of these beds. Im sure the store is pleasant as most of the stores are.

Walking in to this store was our experience of the day for my wife and I. We were guided through a tutorial of what our bodies need to get a better nights sleep and it was very Informative and pretty fun. We were told which parts of our bodies needed more comfort and support and which parts did not as much. I would recommend getting this bed for anyone, especially for those looking for a one stop shop. If you never want to have to buy another bed ever again then this is definitely the investment you would want to make.

It never occurred to me that we needed a new bed. I loved the old one. But wow. Life changing. We walked into the Hesperia store on a whim. What we found out was a lot of information that we later researched, thought about and came back. The store staff was knowledgeable without being pushy to buy now. This is a very big life purchase and they took their time to answer all the questions. We ordered one of the adjustable top of line beds with a wonderful framed headboard and footboard. Our first. We ordered a half split king because in our heads that would be great. Until it wasn’t not in reality. It did not work for us in real life. We called up the store, explained the situation and they guided us on how to have it replaced with a split king. Saved our lives, bodies and marriage. It was a change made paineless by the staff and we have been happy ever since. I have local stores but with online and a phone I can easily get anything I need like new linens, pillows etc from a store I trust . Sleep on!
