Smitten bridal was one of the best experiences I had at a bridal boutique. Ive been to 4 places and i felt rushed and judged every time but not here. Their love to help every bride feel special is amazing. Michelle was so awesome in helping me and not making me feel pressured to make a sudden decision. Teresa did amazing alterations on my dress.They make you feel comfortable and absolutely beautiful when your there!

Smitten Bridal is a welcoming, non-judgmental, warm, and a wonderful addition to the high desert. The storefront is probably around 800 sq. ft, but the selection is varied and plentiful. There is only one dressing room so there is a reason for the by appointment requirement. Plus, being the only bride in the store made me feel extra special. Michelle is a dream to work with. She asked insightful questions, made me feel listened to, and was patient with me since I was not exactly sure what I wanted in a wedding gown. By the end of the hour, I felt fulfilled and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

I absolutely LOVED this boutique! It was so intimate and they pulled exactly what I was looking for. They were mindful of my budget and didnt make me feel pressured into buying anything. I had 2 appointments that day, and even though I found my dress there I still had to go to my second appointment. Michelle was so understanding and when I called her to tell her I wanted to go back to purchase the dress she was able to book my appointment just 2 days later. I will ALWAYS recommend this shop to any future bride looking for their dress. Thank you girls so much!

We had been to 5 other salons in LA and Orange County. My daughter loved her experience at Smitten. The staff were warm, knowledgeable and professional. The selection of dresses was wonderful and beautiful. We ended up getting our dress there and highly recommend it to everyone.

Smitten Bridal is amazing! The staff is so pleasant and helpful and the selection is fantastic. By the time I visited this shop, I had gone to at least five others and none of them had the types of dresses, pricing, and friendliness of Smitten. Plus, the seamstress, Theresa, is so great and easily one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Highly recommend!

Such a sweet experience and I am so grateful this was my first foray into wedding dress shopping! Michelle was so sweet and patient with me and both she and Ashley were honest and kind. The selection they had was great and completely took care of all my worries as a plus size bride! I cant say enough good things about this boutique!

Of the few bridal boutiques I’ve been to, trying to find my gown, Smitten bridal is by far the BEST! Michelle and Ashley were incredibly welcoming. As soon as we walked in I felt like we were visiting with friends. They are extremely accommodating, helpful and patient. They truly want their customers to feel special and find the perfect gown for the big day, and they have done a beautiful job with the boutique. The gowns are well organized and displayed in a way that showcases their inventory without feeling overwhelming. Smitten Bridal has brought a level of class and elegance to the desert and the bridal community that was much needed. Their prices are great as is their selection. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We came in to look at wedding dresses for my sister and did not leave empty handed. They were so helpful, professional, and extremely affordable. The experience was so personalized and the atmosphere was very welcoming and joyful unlike most bridal boutiques I have been to. I love smitten bridal. I went to a few other bridal shops and none of them compare to Michelle and Ashley. I had an appointment and narrowed my choices down to 2 then went back again the same day and made my decision. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS. Thank you Michelle and Ashley so very much. Great one on one customer service from the mother daughter team. Pull and help you in and out of dresses. Have a seamstress who has done bridal alterations for 30 years or more. Helped me find my dress!!😀

This bridal shop is by appointment only which me and my family absolutely loved. We had the shop to our selves and found the perfect wedding dress for my sisters big day!

I went in not expecting to find a dress, merely to start the process and allow my mom to share the experience of seeing me try on dresses as I live on the East Coast. Instead, the ladies were amazing, helped me find the perfect style for my body shape, and I am ordering my dress from them and having it shipped because their customer service is so excellent.

Wow, wow. I dont know if I can say more. I didnt think there could be such a classy, and friendly place up in the High Desert. I was shocked, just walking in the store was beautiful then their selection of dresses blew me away. Im a plus size bride and Ive been to other stores and just feeling sad because the only dresses for my size were old lady-ish. Smitten Bridal had so many great dresses for me to try on.
