Completely unprofessional. I understand that a company can get busy and let things slip thru the cracks. I started a project with him for shirts, hats, beanies and hoodies. then 4 weeks, 3 text and 4 phone calls later and absolutely zero accomplishments. I was being very patient but I finally told the lady at his storefront that I was over being neglected and Im going somewhere else. All of a sudden I get a very apologetic text from the owner. You shouldnt have to get to that point when conducting business with someone.

1 November 2020: I have been getting embroidery done on caps, gym bags since James Hong and his brother, David Hong were located on 7th Street in Victorville several years ago. I liked their skills and price so much that instead of driving else where, I followed James and brother, David to their current location.I recommended the military soldiers hire James to do soldiers caps at Fort Irwin Army base five years ago. Soldiers are always satisfied. Every job James or David have done have been great. I just had a new winter weather jacket done with a special design. It turned out great. James was even able to add my name in Hebrew on all of my caps and bags or jackets. He may get back up on orders sometimes, but his excellent works stands out and speaks for itself, so it is worth the wait. Two thumbs up, way up high.

I went to X-Treme stitching to get names embroidered on some baby blankets I was making for my nephews. The employees were extremely helpful with helping find what I wanted done. They were faster than any other company I had approached, with better prices, and the results were beautiful. My two nephews now have beautiful personalized baby blankets, that look better than I had hoped for. Now every time I need embroidery done for my baby blankets I go to them because I know they will do an amazing job, and they dont over charge.

Went there and got our 10u Elite baseball sweaters and Hats done. Gotta honestly say best quality work Ive seen in the High Desert. I always recommended teams from our Organization here.. Do you guys sew print ? Like I would like to customize my jacket with “Teamsters Brotherhood and the logo either on the back or side of my jacket (on left or right upper sleeve) if yes how much do you charge for the sewing?

This is only for the customer service only. I took in a baby blanket to get embroidered. The owner apologeticly explained they couldnt do it because they were super busy. He was pleasant but I had to drive far to another place when Xtreme Stitching is so close to home.

I wouldnt go anywhere else for this type of work. The owner is big on customer service and the prices are great! Always on time too!
