Im leaving for lack of service. The young ladys that I assume are working here. They not only did not even attempt to help us but the lights were off and they went into the back while continuing with whatever they were talking about. We walked the store with mask so I dont understand why no one could even greet us. We left because when they came back out they just stared at us making the situation even more uncomfortable.

Great customer service and alot of options to choose from.

Prices are decent but the customer service is non existent and makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience.

Unfortunately I have to b honest. Its 3/31/2021@ approximately 3:30 pm. Im not sure of the girls name but its obvious from her behavior that shes not there to sell shoes. Apparently shes there to flirt with her co-worker! Im going to go to W.S.S. tomorrow.

For being such a huge store, they really didnt have what I was looking for. Should be called Limited Shoe City. They seemed to have yesterdays shoes like what you would see at Walmart or K-mart with todays prices. Needles to say, I settled for what they had and to find out that a pair I had bought was twenty dollars cheaper on Amazon Prime! With next day delivery!

Not to much to choose from but what you expect from the high desert,im just saying!!!

Its aight but i dont recommend buying more than 2 pairs because it gets pretty expensive.

Typical bait and switch on shoes. Had two different prices on the same exact shoes and item number. When we tried to buy at the sale price as posted and had in my hand, we were was told they forgot to remove that sale tags. We bought 6 pair of shoes and they refused to give us the advertised price. Such BS, it was their fault and it was clearly tagged and posted. Crooks!! We frequently shop there, but never again. Beware.

Very rude employees. I was denied entry because I didnt have a mask on, even after I told them I had a medical excuse. I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional the employees are.

Saved my blue toes while brap in snow, boots wet freezing my toes turn blue .. walk in barefoot got new shoe thick sock warm .. blue turn pink saved

This place looks big from the outside but really small inside. The staff is not helpful, the lady that I asked for help basically told me if I cant find the size, struggled- like oh too bad. Just not helpful at all. Wont go back, rather go to Footlocker or famous footware.

The lady that helped me was so rude, Ill never go there again. Learn the value of customer service.
