Recently found this online auction company and have to say, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I’ve participated in the last 3 auctions they’ve hav an purchased multiple items. Good descriptions posted and their staff is awesome. I’ll definitely be bidding again soon!

At Bid Fast and Last Auction, I have had nothing but the best of service and do what they say. First Auction I won was an hour or so more away from my house. I miss read it thought it was in Hesperia well I didnt want to drive 2 hours there and 2 back so they brought it up to Hesperia a bit pricey but every would would charge $50 dollars I didnt have to drive down sit in traffic. So that made me happy. Next, there friendly this past week I won and I check Sat. and SUn. didnt see any winning Bids and someone from there staff reached out Jackie and said today was last day to pick up with out fees. So texted her back she offered to wait until I could get there. I was only 2 minutes later but she offered. ANd they are always friendly. No not a scam at all. Not saying they arent making lots of money off the bids like upping them on there end who knows we will never know. But I do know they are nice great customer service, work with you and have lots of awesome Guns wish they werent so expensive. Wish they had more coins better prices too. But give them 5 stars all the way.

Avoid this place at all costI should have read all the bad reviewsThey sold me car and after driving it 20 miles the motor blew up . Kinda strange the car only has 16k miles . They will not return it and lied about the buy back option which as a California dealer they have to take it back. I will pursue every option I have to get my 28 k back . As a business owner if I ripped someone off of 28k I wouldnt be able to sleep at night .

Avoid at all costs, I entered an auction after a preview in which I personally went to make sure what I was buying was as pictured. When I won the auction I mean really, after it was sold, they added pictures to the sight and one of the bottles that motivated my purchase was half empty. This is a scam. Why would you add pictures after its sold? because you switched out what I knew was not what I bid on. Never again. Out a 1000 now.

I purchased items which were described as vintage WW2, but they were reproductions.I tried to contact them twice, email and voicemail got no response.They got my money though and I got a couple of trinkets.Looking at their other reviews it seems to be the trend for this place.They didnt bend over backwards for me!Stay away from these crooks. One star is too good for this company.

First time on this site and I am very impressed with the service and product. Purchased a Lexus and it was just as described. Cecilia made the process of transfer super easy. Came in, made payment, she helped me with paying registration, tax and smog and I was on my way. She kept in touch with me until vehicle was finally registered in my name. Communication was outstanding. Shes the best. Definitely, coming back.

I went in for an interview and they told me to come in to try out the job to see if I would like it. (Never told me that my green highlights was a problem.) I was told to come in a business casual outfit for my first day of work. When I went in for my first day I asked what is the time I would be getting off at and never got a response, 10 hours later I had to tell them I had to leave because of childcare. The husband of the company told me to dye my hair back to black because it wasn’t professional and I politely stated that I wasn’t going to be taking the offer of the job. Few days later I called the owner and husband to tell them I’m coming to pick up my check and I had to call because the entrance to the building was closed when I was told I can come in. He got annoyed with me calling when I was stated I can come get my check and responded unprofessionally by calling me a leprechaun. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!! I cannot imagine how they would treat their customers. I have a clean record. Well qualified

This company takes forever to do auctions. They try to get a dollar for anything and everything. Then when you pickup your items some may be missing, from what you thought you were buying. Take pictures of what you bought. Oh they dont give refunds if you get ripped off.

Cecilia is great with the transfer process. We love this company come here often. Customer service is great all throughout. The only thing I would advise is to have a water or coffee station for your customers, especially because sometimes I am sitting at the desk for over an hour doing paperwork. Ill be nice to have a little beverage station in cecilias office. At least some water bottles.

Very dissatisfied in the customer service of this company. I called the location for information and the owner Johan will cuss at you if she cannot hear you very well. I don’t care how frustrated someone should get, they should never talk to any customer like that. I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE!

Im a retired Law Enforcement Officer and I highly recommend I-15 Auction and their Bid Fast and Last Company. I found buying from and working with I-15 Auctions, Jeff and Johan, by having them conduct three auctions for my friends and my church has been an exceptional experience. Honesty, strong upright character, hard work, and diligence to details are the four pillars of strength that best define I-15 and their Bid Fast And Last services.

Customer service is basically non-existent! if you complain about something! I had a question about a lot I purchased, had emailed two times previously with no response, then called twice until I finally got a hold of someone. Almost immediately, the woman I spoke went on the defense and got a very rude tone as though she was already aware of the emails. As I tried explaining my position and asked why they didnt list it differently given their position on testing gold, I kept getting talked over and literally told you win some, you lost some.Bearing that in mind, I have spent thousands with this company and placed trust in their expertise. So it was about then I couldnt take the disrespectful tone any longer when I finally lost my cool and reciprocated said tone. Apparently, when I began saying you dont talk to customers like that her response was you dont get to tell me what to do! Really?? Is that any way to talk to a customer?! It quickly escalated and could of easily been handled much differently but she decided continue to talk over me. Sorry but I am not going to be treated like I dont know what Im talking about after having been in the auction industry for over a decade! The majority of auction houses I deal with are easy to work with! If you cant take criticism, you are in the wrong business. Just look at the other reviews where customers have had the same complaint!In response: If you would READ, I stated I wanted to ask a question. You claim to test all gold items. A 14k stamp is considered a gold item which means you would of tested it. If it did not test, why take a pic of the stamp without stating stamped 14k but does not test? But, I guess Im telling you what to do and you wont be told what to do SMH. I didnt call to return it. I called because you DID NOT respond to my emails. At that point, I was annoyed that I had to call when previously you guys responded to my emails very quickly. Seriously... dont play victim cause that isnt what you guys are! The defensive tone and response I received right away was completely uncalled for and told me you guys got my emails and CHOSE not to respond because she knew what I was talking about regarding the lot. I was treated disrespectfully and pushed to the edge as a customer/bidder. You think I appreciate being talked to like that? I also didnt call you experts, I said expertise as there is a clear difference. Experts also know how to treat customers. I see how your business is ran now. The customer is always wrong, you are willing to deceive out of state bidders because we can only inspect based on pictures YOU take (but hey, you test all gold right?), you talk over the customer, and you arent willing to receive any criticism. Own it and learn some customer service! Ive never had that sort of experience elsewhere so I felt the treatment deserved a review because I dont want other bidders to go through that.... PERIOD

Hi, Its fortunate for me to have used BF&L last year for the first time. Their staff was so incredible during the preview and distribution of the items that were in the auction. If I hadnt had a good experience then I probably wouldnt have ever gone to another event. All of the people who work there are very competent and helpful. And exclamation point! These folks are amazing!!!!!Have participated in several auctions from Bid Fast and Last and I have had ZERO problems.From communication about upcoming auctions to Selection of items for sale to the bidding process to invoicing to payment to picking up.They ALL are very friendly and responsive to your needs and have consideration for everyone. While picking up items they have been very helpful in assisting as much as possible under any circumstances.One of the highlights that stood out to me as well is the fact that they sent me a thank you card, (hand written) and mentioned GOD in the card like the Good ol days when people had morals and didn’t have to hide it.I use these folks almost every time I auction and look forward to any of their events!!

As a returning customer I am very upset to have to write this review but my experience needs to be known. I purchased a used Schwinn bike from the 10/25/2020 Auction and viewed pictures of the bike online as well as the serial number they presented in writing but no pictures of it. The reason why no pics....well I will get to that!They wrote in and represented the bike as a 1959 Chicago built Schwinn that of course was very valuable. So I placed bids, and spent more than I normally would have because of the rarity and the age of the bike. I was very excited to have an old Schwinn to call my own! So I bid and won the bike!We live 2 hours away from the auction, so we changed our plans for the day and set aside 4 hours to go and get it! My husband and our daughter arrived to be greeted with a MADE IN CHINA sticker on the bike and a completely different serial number. Neither of which were presented in the online auction pictures.So I reached out to the owner Johan only to be called an AS***LE by her after I used *in frustration* the F word, not aimed at her just in my communication of how upset I was. We paid $387 for a $159 bike you can go buy at WALMART BRAND NEW!!!! One letter in the serial number made all the difference.Rather it was intentional or unintended it was fraud, and a scam and cost my husband and myself time and money. We are both self employed and spent an entire day dedicated to this, huge financial loss for us both. Then to be called that by the owner of the company was a complete shock!!!They agreed to refund me as a courtesy and then told me I would be blocked from any future auctions with them. Not a loss there, they will never get another penny of my money.So here we are 13 days later, just got off the phone with my bank and no refund has been issued. So now they have my money and their Chinese bike that I didnt take possession of.

Super cool owners! One auction we one we were not prepared to pick up. We made the bid anyways not really thinking things through and low and behold, we won. Long story short, the owners went out of their way to accommodate our pickup time. They even loaded the pallet onto our trailer for us instead of having to move by hand.Thank you I-15 for the amazing service! Youve won our business!!Ball Bros.

I live in NE and bought a 2007 Suburban from I-15 Auctions DBA Bid Fast and Last. They do a blended auction which is a nationally advertised online auction and also an on-site local auction. I was the high bidder on the suburban August 11th, 2018 online. I told them I would be there on the 21st of August to pay for it and pick it up, they said that was fine. This gave them a week to get the title ready. I arrived on time with cashiers check for full payment.The title wasn’t ready, and they had stripped off the expensive drop hitch that is shown in the auction photos. I didn’t get what was shown in the photos they posted online for you to look at and bid on. A bait and switch tactic some people that deal in vehicles use to increase their profit. The lady that was there to take my money, Tara, said she didnt know where the hitch was and wouldnt look for it. I couldn’t wait around as she said the owner, Jeff, wouldn’t be back until the following Sunday, 5 days later, and he was the only one that could get me the drop hitch. I had to leave for the 1500-mile trip back home without either the drop hitch or the title. I had no choice. It was either that or buy an $800 plane ticket back home.I called I-15 Auction repeatedly and was told repeatedly that Jeff the owner would call me. To this date he never has. After promising me for over a week that I would get my title overnight, it arrived. The DMV sheriff wouldn’t accept the title. It wasn’t filled out by the person whose name was on the title. I sent it back to I-15 Auctions on August 30th. The title arrived 9-7-18. I didn’t receive a copy of the smog certificate that I was charged for. The BBB has a complaint by another person with bad experiences in which this company charged them for a smog certification but didn’t do it. Also, another person was lied to about the mechanics of a vehicle he bought online. His complaint is with the BBB. Type in their name and check out complaints by others on the internet.I was called by a man (Killian?) with I-15 Auction on Wednesday August 29th asking what could be done about the hitch that they stole off my vehicle. I told the person that I didn’t want money for the hitch as I had already spent too many hours trying to get them to give it back to me, and I didn’t want to spend any more of my time driving around trying to hunt one up. I told the person that I expected them to send the one that came off the vehicle to me, or an exact duplicate. He agreed to do that. I had to call back 9-7-18 to find out what was happening. I was told by the same person that they found the hitch and would send it on 9-10-18 and send me the tracking number. I called twice 9-10-18 and also 9-11-18, then emailed. With no response. They won’t return my phone calls or emails.I have spent countless hours and phone calls trying to get this rectified. They owe me the drop hitch that was on the truck in the online auction photos and the smog certificate that I paid for. I can’t get them to do that. I believe they are playing fast and loose with the auction, charging for things they don’t do, and stealing parts off of vehicles after they sell. Since it is an online auction I think it involves interstate fraud.The Dept. of Motor Vehicles wouldnt accept the title sent me. The owner hadnt signed it.You say you have done your best...That you spent countless hours trying to make me happy.....Do you mean the 2 one minute phone calls? You have spent very little time trying to rectify your actions.You have not sent me the drop hitch that you stole off my truck, even though you promised you would send it twice. How is that doing your best?? Give me the drop hitch that was on my vehicle that I paid for.Very dishonest. Buyer Beware!Update: Office girl told me the owner needed to sign title. It took 3 weeks to get it. Have never been able to get drop hitch that shows in the auction photos. Owners son admits liability and promised to send but didnt. Auction owner totally misrepresented the vehicle and pretended it was owned by someone else when he owned it.

Purchased a truck in May, they still have not submitted paperwork to the DMV for title process. The whole company runs around like chickens with their heads cut off, completely unorganized auction.

We had a pretty extensive experience with I-15 Auctions after my father had passed. We needed my parents house cleared out, my realtor recommended I-15 Auctions. I contacted Johan, she and her crew came out and had taken care of everything! Wow what a mess it was to start with, and within a week it was cleared out cleaned up, a little after that anything of value was auctioned off. A little nice surprise was getting a check at the end! I would recommend this Auction House over any other Auction House! This is an amazing company specializing in almost anything you can think of. All the employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If you’re looking for an Auction House this is the place, but don’t just take my word, go check them out!

First let me say KUDOS to I believe Amy for not shipping my items as it would cost me a lot and allowed me to pick my items up. I purchased a large Lot of items with detailed pictures showing what was in the lot of merchandise. When I picked up my items I didnt think much if it was all there as I was interrupting their lunch and wanted to get out of there so they could finish. When I got home and started taking inventory of my items and I noticed items were missing. It seemed they had a good system and had lots labeled by number what went with what so how could stuff be missing right? I emailed to make sure I was not at fault and had forgotten to load something in my car, no response, I called with Proxie Bid left message no response, emailed again no response. So all I am left to do is leave a review so for others making purchases. So that they make sure they receive all their items.

I have used I15 Auctions on several occasions - both to sell jewelry and antiques in an estate sale after my Aunt passed away and also to buy a used car and a couple of firearms. The auctioneers and staff are very friendly and professional. The car still runs great and the guns sold to us were exactly as described. Wanted to conduct a large sale with classic car projects. Had two meetings with a younger couple who were nice but they insisted on a third meeting with an older cowboy (who’s the actual auction company owner.) So after driving three hours for an appointment (through traffic one way) the old dude was rude and dismissive after speaking with me for roughly ten minutes. Total waste of time as they don’t know the value of classic cars: you’ll do better on Craigslist.

If there was less than one so star, I would give that. After speaking to Earl Graham about selling a large collection of seemingly valuable beanie babies, he asked that I send photos, that they would get back to me. After I sent texts and emails for nearly a month with no reply, I finally today got a one line text saying, sorry we cant help you. No explanation, nothing. Their customer service SUCKS. After hearing all about their allegedly big time reputation, a billion bidders worldwide and marketing expertise, I was beyond disappointed. Dont be fooled by fast talk.

Worst auction experience ever. Bought a Case skid steer that was advertised as “running see video”. I came to pick it up and it would not start. Their “mechanic” sprayed about 1.5 bottles of starting fluid down the diesel intake (bad for glow plugs) and still couldn’t get it running. I left. A few hours later I got a call that it was running, come pick it up. Went there and it ran long enough to throw up oil foam and water (about 2 gallons). I asked to talk to the supervisor. Instead I got his card. I text him a picture of the oil mess. I go this response: “Leave it until you have more time to get it loaded. Machine was sold as is. That is why we have preview day to come look at everything. When I get hold of Earl I will have him call you.” Ran on preview day. Now won’t return calls or take calls. It wasn’t because I didn’t have time to pick it up. I came to their office 3 times to pick up a machine that ran. I am not a rookie to auctions and this is flat out the worse experience I have ever had. BUYER BEWARE.

The young ladies in the office are so helpful and Johan was so friendly and answered all our questions with so much enthusiasm! Thank you I-15 staff for such a great experience!

I had attended two of their previous auctions before with no problems. The last auction I have no idea what happen but my items where lost at first then they said we will return your money that didnt happen. The following week I received a call from I 15 auction telling my items where found to pick them and I did. So thanks for finding them.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! These people have stuff spread out in a bunch of different places! Bought some stuff from their auction and went to the address to pick it up. Was on a limited time frame and when I got there they were closed. I called and was told no they are at a tin building 15 minutes up the road! ok, let me hurry up. Get there then find out that the other stuff I bought(all at the same online auction) was at their ranch house 30 minutes away!! I did not have time to drive to the ranch to pick up the rest of my merchandisethat was already paid for and they said dont worry, we will bring it down to you! OK, that was really cool but it NEVER HAPPENED! I just called and they said sorry, been too long and stuff is gone! have a nice day! If they would of called me and said they were going to sell it again, I would of made arrangments to pick up sooner. I TOLD THEM I WOULD GET IT WHEN A DRIVER WAS IN THE AREA. THEY SAID THAT WAS FINE! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I remember the first auction that me and my wife went to with this company 4yrs ago and it was 3 days long and they were the up most people and friendly we did not want to drive all the way home so they told us to stay at the same hotel they were in so we did and when the wife and I were at the restaurant eating Jeff and joanna showed up saw us said hi and asked to join and visit so we did, and till this day we still do their auction thank you guys for a great job you do

False advertising of items for sale everything over priced never bid here.

Rudest people I have ever encountered. Wont answer the phone, wont tell you their hours, wont tell you how long they hold things, employees contradict each other. Dont bother. If buying was this bad, imagine having your estate handled this way.
