Excellent customer service. The staff are very friendly, professionals and helpful. The store is nice, clean, and well organized. The optical staff represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. The manager took the time and found the best frame for me at a good price.This place is outstanding!

The team did an amazing job with showing me frames available. I also really appreciated the safety precautions and care the team took during this pandemic. I will remember businesses that took the necessary steps to protect their staff and their customers during this time and will forever support them moving forward. Everything was amazing!! The Dr. was amazing and explained every process as it was my first time to an eye dr. Dr. was super patient and kind. Janiva working at the front were super amazing, she made me and my wife feel so comfortable, she explained and helped us find frames. They checked our insurance and helped every step of the way. There needs to be more people like her in this world. Everything was super clean and its super convenient!! We will be back 😊 Thank you for a great experience from start to finish!!

It’s nice to see that not all shops have lost focus on customer service. It’s the simple things like a friendly smile, having patience and answering questions that will make this our go to shop.

My husband has been going to Len crafters. They have never had as good of a doctor or someone to Measure for a no line bifocal I would nerve have thought that Target would be so good.He really was empresses with the Doctor at Target now he can see so much better, we recommend Target in Hesperia in California.

They have a decent selection of glasses, I would like to see more though. But I found what I like. I ordered two pair. Both pair where ready for pickup within a week. Everything was as expected. Very happy with the glasses and their customer service, everyone working there, are equally nice. My wife wasn’t happy with her current eye doctor. And she saw how happy I was, she got her eyes examined, and ordered three pair for herself.

Doctor very patience; great service

THIS REVIEW IS FOR DR. JIMMY VU!Dr. Jimmy Vu is very rude and disrespectful! He doesnt know what he is doing and took forever to complete the eye exam. He made me really stressed out, and I had to walk out of the eye exam! He asked me multiple times If I was sure? The worst eye exam I have ever taken. I will not come back to see this Doctor ever again! At my other eye exams, it only took 2 minutes to find out the prescriptions that work with my eye. But with Dr. Ho, it took more than 30 minutes! ( Last year, it took more than one hour!) I should have listened to my gut feeling not to come back here because he was rude the first time. When I tried to explain to him that my eye exams only took 2 minutes at other places, Dr. Ho said, Then maybe I should call them for a prescription.... The bottom line is, Dr. Ho is extremely rude and disrespectful! I do no recommend Dr. Vu to anyone!UPDATE* I want to clarify this review for Dr. JIMMY VU, not for Dr. Ho. I didnt know there were two different doctors in Hesperia. Because when I made my appointment online, it said my appointment was with Dr. Ho; however, when I arrived, Dr. JIMMY VU was the one who treated me unprofessionally and very rudely. Again, this review is for Dr. JIMMY VU!

I tried on and ordered a regular pair of glasses and sunglasses. I think either the prescription was wrong from the Target opthalmologist or the company who made the lenses screwed up as I couldnt see out of either pair. The lenses were very low quality and scratched easily. I have a wide face and take 145 to 155 frames. The ones they have in stock in this size I found to be ugly and too manlike ( Im a female) but I needed them. I would never get glasses from Target again.

Mandi is super to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I am very pleased with my new glasses after a few hiccups from different locations - glad that I stopped into my local Target Optical and had the good fortune to be served by Mandi. She is a great ambassador for her company and they are fortunate to have a customer focused associate. I will be coming back here for all mine and my familys eye needs. Thanks!!

Feeling good morning

My first visit last year was great however, my visit this year was terrible. I was sent multiple email reminders of my upcoming appointment date and time. When I got to my appointment (early), I was told that I do not have an appointment scheduled. I then proceeded to pull out my phone and state when I received the emails from the office. I am then told that the Dr. is out and they have no appointments until October due to remodeling/ the dr being out or something... if they knew they werent going to be there they should have called me to cancel or reschedule my appointment. Poor communication and just plain lazy as I am sure this was not a last minute decision.

Great customer service, and good prices too!! lady at the front desk help my dad in Spanish and listen to all of his questions and concerns,would recommend to others :)

The girls here are excellent. I am a very indecisive person and they were patient and helpful. Even the dr helped when picking out my sunglasses. I didnt feel rushed or like a burden. The selection of glasses were awesome and many. Hands down, best place to go when you need an exam, glasses or sunglasses.

The young lady lied about them being cheaper than going to somewhere that was in network. Also my clear coating started to peel about 2 months after I got my glasses and they would not fix them because I do not buy there dumb extra warranty. Horrible place. We paid close to $700 for 3 pairs of glasses.

Great Staff & Fantastic Doctor.I Took my daughter to her first eye exam. She was nervous but the doctor was so patient with her. His exam was in depth. Highly recommend.Staff was courteous, took the time to find me the best deals. Ran both insurances, calculated numbers for me, compared them to store deals. They are all AMAZING.Update: I have been here several times, both for my daughter, myself and my husband. Each time has been exceptional customer service. Exchanges have been easy. Really, no questions asked. I have referred several families over and they have received the same customer service.2020 Update: Target has been great, my daughter has had eye exams as well as myself. The staff continues to provide excellent service. They have new staff, who will try to upsell services, and do push services on the customer, however, I politely decline. When it comes to exchanges, as long as it is not over 90 days, everything runs smoothly. Overall still 5 stars.Recommendation for those who have insurance: understand your benefits. Dont depend on someone else telling you your benefits.There are several insurance companies who also carry insurance discounts, such as VSP. If you have only the discount perks, then do not expect full insurance coverage.

Great staff every year when i get my eyes done

They did not tell me that they were out of network but my out of network coverage coverage paid which reduced the amount of allowance I get for frames by a 100 dollars if I had known that I would of went somewhere else thanks for taking me for a 100 dollars that is low and dirty
