I have done several remodeling projects in my home which is located in Skye Canyon (Northwest Las Vegas). I decided to have the carpet in my three years old home removed and replace it with wood like ceramic tile that I had on most of the downstairs floor. I decided to completely place this new tile on the entire upstairs and what was carpet downstairs. Project day arrives and I use a tile installer that was recommended by a major flooring company (you know the one... they say the know about “Décor”...) well they installed my tile and so began the train wreck in my house. My walls, baseboards, and most importantly my tile work were terrible. Tile spacing, grout color, cuts, leveling, all was wrong. My new home looked like a bad home improvement show.Faced with a trashed floor and home I head to the internet to find someone to fix my problem. I am a Federal Law Enforcement Officer and I travel often for work. I found a company called *Set N Stone Tile and Marble, LLC*. I talked with Ryan about my problem and told him I needed help. Ryan was exactly the person I needed not only fix my problem but work with me on my schedule and cost. His team was on time and ready to go everyday! I was in and out of town so Ryan did his work according to my schedule and gave suggestions on how the project could look and flow better. When the project was complete Ryan and his team had transformed my home that was destroyed into a work of art. The tile work was amazing! I could not tell where the existing tile stopped and the new tile began. The grout matched perfectly and the cuts were just unreal. As a Federal Law Enforcement Officer my attention to detail is second to none... I could not find one issue with the work Ryans team had done. To say I am grateful is an understatement. I would recommend Set N Stone Tile and Marble to someone that wants or in my case needs a true professional and artist at their trade. They will amaze you with their work!!

Juan was great to work with. He had many options to choose from and was able to figure out the best way to use the material so that we were not only able to do our kitchen counters, but bathroom counters as well with the excess of the slab. He did excellent work and answered all of our questions. My husband is a metal fabricator and said it would be better to go directly to the fabricator. He was right! Thanks for the excellent service!

Thank you for wasting my time this morning Juan. I waited for you for over an hour this morning and you were a no show. I understand that things happen sometimes but for you not to even call or text is just unprofessional and bad business practice. Shoppers be aware.

If you do business with this company ask questions. The proposal they give is for the cheapest least desired quartz what they call leveI 1. I had never done this before so I said OK. We were told to go to Quality Marble in Ontario to choose the quartz. After arriving there Leo took us over to a wall where there were 3 colors of quartz. White, whiter and beige. Surprised, I ask Leo is this It? He said, yes. I told my husband lets go somewhere else. Leo jumps in and tells us come over here and look at these. We found something we liked and Leo called Rob who said it was OK. Leo said this one is only $460.00, less than the other.We were told Rob will handle everything now.I waited a few days without any word from this company. I called Rob and was told he was going deep sea fishing. He said he would call me back Monday to set up installation.Rob never called so I called him on Tuesday. He said he had to come out and pick up a check for the stone. He arrived that day and said the bill had gone up from $300.00 to $460.00. He said I was suppose to stay with level 1. I explained what Leo said, Rob said it was OK. It didnt matter. He made excuses for Leo. I gave him the check for the new amount also telling him he would NOT be doing my kitchen.He texted me later saying he would pay the difference and I told him no.I believe this company AND Quality Marble do a bait and switch. They give the proposal for the lowest amount to get you to Ontario where they switch it and charge more.My proposal was $800.00 which included $400 to install the countertop and backsplash which they didnt do.The bottom line is I paid $960.00 for a countertop 22x73 inches.BEWARE.****** My response to owners comments******Sorry Robert this is NOT TRUE. I NEVER gave you a budget. We never talked about how much I want to spend. In speaking with another customer of yours YOU DID THE SAME THING. You low-ball your estimate KNOWING this price is for quartz or granite no one wants. In fact my estimate was for QUARTZ and we ended up with granite. You are being dishonest.
