Stater Brothers is very clean wasnt crowded we found everything that we needed we didnt have to wait in line long yes they have handicap parking they have handicapped interests and customer service is very nice and compliant

The store is always very clean and the staff very friendly. We have never had an issue with temperatures being off in cases or freezers and bathrooms are well maintained.

The store always has empty shelves, the cashiers are almost rude anymore and the service deli keeps their backs turned away from you even though you are the only one standing there! Their prices are outrageous and now I remember why I dont want to shop there any longer! I wish to the good Lord we had more Vons, or Ralphs, Trader Joes, or Whole Foods. Oh and the produce is not good very often!

Always a great experience shopping here. Prices are fair. The only thing I wish they didnt do was close the second entrance/exit. I felt safer knowing there was two exits in case of an emergency, now a days you just never know. Other than that I like coming here, lines move pretty quickly even on days that are busy.

Went to Stater Bros. yesterday and I really enjoyed the experience. The market was busy, but it was very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful.They had a little contest to find a hidden elf within the store. It was a fun little game. I even won a healthy snack as a prize.What I came for was the sushi that they prepare onsite. It was great.Happy Holidays!

Awesome price and great selection.

It took 15 minutes at Bakery to get two pieces of cake. I had someone cut in line and when I spoke up and said I am sorry but Im next she said it will only take a few minutes to help him and I asked for a major and I told him what happened all he said is I will talk to her and walked away. I will never set foot in that store again.

Staff is friendly but you know the thanksgiving dinners that are already made by Stators? Well I know the turkey is called a butterball, but it shouldn’t taste like pure butter. Almost like hospital food. Please get better people in the kitchen that know how to make a turkey.

Ad said boneless skinless chicken 1.99 per lb only had chicken out for 3.99 per lb talked to store Mr said he would go talk tomeat Mr instead he just stood up front acting like he didnt care just another reason to shop somewhere else

Stater Brothers has taken all the necessary measures to make sure their employees and customers are in a safe enviornment. They have started restocking their shelves with essentials. One very important product still not available is Lysol Disinfectant Aerosol Spray. Im hoping they can start restocking their shelves with this product soon. I like the fact that they started offering their digital coupons again and have lowered their prices on a lot of items. Keep up the good work.

Good meat selection...this store is about as good as it gets out here in the HD. The store has been remodeled and its very clean and organized. I go out of my way just to come here.

Still no simple hand basket for light shopping. You have to push a cart for just a few items. In requesting a possible bag or something for replacement I was waved away and brushed off in regards to botheringng as an interruption while two attendants just stood talking openly to no concern. In also mention of sanitation as people just walked through to misplacement.

I have shopped here since the 80s!! always friendly. prices are competitive . but I have one pet peeve.they put the ice up front where you forget sometimes and have to go back. Ive even payed for it and sometimes I forget to grab it.Heres my solution: Place reusable placards with a sku# on a hook suction cupped to the glass doors where all the cold beverages are. And hang some in the warm soda and water isles. That way youll have something to scan at the cashiers. and they can be replace by the crew that does go backs and shelve straitening.Ive suggested this to many managers thru out the years that have thought it was a great idea, but its never happened .I think its a great idea even for profit. because most that forget dont really want to come back, so they run by the dollar store or 7-11 because its quicker. Thats lost revenue.Ill wait now for my check for such an awesome idea!!

Great store; the staff are friendly and helpful, especially when I cant see something in front of my face, ha! Even with the added restrictions due to the current virus concerns, they quickly stepped up and managed things well, despite being short on goods and probably short on staff. If something isnt in stock or not currently being offered at this location, a request can be made. Ive never put in a request personally, but Ive heard of others who had and the products were able to be brought back/brought in to be purchased.

I prefer Ralphs Market but they dont have one in this area 😭

I usually go to the stater bros on main & C, since it is closer to where I live, however it is awful dirty an the staff are horrid. They act as though you are a complete annoyance. Just happened to stop at main & maple an I must say WOW ! From now on, I will just accept the distance as a necessity. Your store is clean an well presented. No matter where I was in the store, whenever staff were near they were absolutely kind an inquired if they could help. This is my new grocery store home!!!! Great job an the pride you all have in your store is very apparent!!

This is my local Market. Today I dropped a dz eggs in prkng lot & had to go back inside store and buy more..The Mgr (Diana?) was nice enough to send a courtesy clerk (Prince)to clean up the mess, they also gave me another dz eggs free of charge. Everyone is very courteous, you will never find yourself searching for someone to help you find an item. There is always people on the floor ready to help, and always with a smile. The store is very clean. They do a good job at keeping the lines down. I love the fried chicken! Thats the best smell as your getting out of your car to shop. Simply Irresistible chicken!

What happened to my stater bros????There remodeling and going up scale. That’s great but the prices have skyrocketed!!!!! The younger kids coming in are to busy talking to each other but that’s the new generation. The prices have seemed like they went up 15% in the last three months. You can’t say it’s the economy because other stores are not raising there prices as much. I guess they want to be like VONS ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Yesterday evening I ordered 2 dozen cup cakes for staff party.Picked them up at 7:30 am and they were awesome.The wipe cream topping was heavily.They decorated them so festive.Thank you Stater Bros Bakery department.Merry Christmas! 👩‍💻🎄🎅🙋‍♀️

Usually well stocked. Prices have gone up, but sales and digital deals are good. Usually busy and could open more checkstands at times. But overall and clean and well-stacked store

Good store for the most part. I dont think the butchers like their jobs much. I have received bad attitude from a mid 50s white man one day and a early 20s Hispanic man another day. Youd think buying meat from them (you know, supporting their jobs) would make them happy.

Service is always nice if you go during the busy time you better bet youre going to be waiting for at least 20 minutes to check out they are a little more expensive than other places but theyre close and convenient and theres multiple stores. Usually not my 1st place to shop but theres nothing wrong with this establishment always clean friendly and convenient

Stater Brothers is my preference when it comes to grocery shopping. The store is always clean, and the customer service is amazing.

The worst customer service by some of their cashiers. They literally have you stand there while they chat it up with other co workers and not about work. They don’t even have the manners to acknowledge you standing there waiting for them. No sorry just a minute please or anything. Some cashiers need to improve customer service, because it’s happened to me various times, to the point where I just don’t come here anymore.

I go here often but found the butcher to be rude, on more than one occasion. This last occasion he actually told me to take a picture it last longer. Since I was watching him cut meat. I wont be going back here. Looking at other comments I see this isnt the first time a customer had a problem with the butcher. Nice to know Stater Bros wont take costumer service seriously.

You really have to watch the checkers. Not all, but some. They charge you for stuff that they shouldnt charge you for!! Checker was just going through the motions and not paying attention. Had to bring it up and she gave attitude!! The manager had to straighten out the mess. It was late and the checker was thinking about the after work activities at home? Not sure.
