But what sets them apart from other pool companies is friendly customer service when returning to buy chemicals and equipment. In particular, Jeremy unfailingly goes above and beyond to provide personal touch, and always greets my husband and I by first names, even when we wear masks! Stellar company and exemplary employees.

Laurie and the staff at Secard Pool & Spa were very professional and highly informative. We have never bought a spa before so everything was so new to us. They were so kind to give us so much information that we came out of the business as if we had already own several of them. They took really good care of us and after the purchase followed up with us a few more other time to make sure we were doing fine with our spa and to to give us more information to take care of it and to really enjoy it to the max. Good special on pool and explain how to clean your pool

Secard just finished our custom Islander Pool (20’ x 28’). From start to finish, we had no issues. During this pandemic time when supply chain and labor issues are hurdles, the construction did take a long time, however, Jeremy (our salesman) was always up front with timing and did not misguide us on timelines. Construction office communicated well and always showed up when scheduled. Secard has also become VERY busy these days which also has created longer times for construction. Now that our pool is finished, we are extremely pleased with the quality and value of our pool. This pool was a great value option saving thousands as opposed to a concrete pool. So far, we’re very pleased with our in-ground vinyl pool. I can’t say enough about Jeremy, he’s been fantastic to work with and provided top-notch customer service!

Visited store to purchase chemicals for my pool and to find a solution for hooking up my pool fountain - which is sold under the same brand and packaging in many retail stores. The gentleman at the counter was most unhelpful because I had not purchased on of his pools and insisted that the pool fountain was only compatible with his pools. He was rude and very short with me. Im good enough to purchase pool chemicals, but not good enough to answer my questions. I have purchased chemicals here several times and I will not be returning.

I’m loving the 16’ round I bought from them. It was fairly easy to setup. They answered all my questions and gave me a quick rundown on the maintenance and care of it. When I went to pick up the pool it was missing a base for one of the legs and the pool cover that was in my contract. I called them and they immediately acknowledged the mistake and set aside the missing equipment and I was able to pick it up the very same day. Great company and very professional. I will be using them for my future pool needs and questions. I highly recommend them!

Secard staff was respectful. They helped us to understand and explained how to maintain the upkeep of our Spa. They also demonstrated how to work the different knobs on the spa and how to operate the control panel.

Where do I begin. We signed our contract for an above ground pool on August 21, 2020. We were told that they would begin excavation by the end of the year. This date was pushed out because of rain, COVID, lack or supplies, etc..... Excavation did not begin until February 22, 2021. Since that date we have had delay after delay. Poor communication and lack of clarity about timelines and the process has left us feeling completely taking advantage of. We have now been told that the pool is schedule to be completed July 7, 2021 barring any unforeseen issues. We in good faith believed the pool would be ready 75 days after excavation...not. The whole process has been one trial after another. I would never recommend anyone use this company and I regret that we did. The attached picture is what our backyard has looked like since March 2021.

Jeremy is the guy to see!! He is absolutely knowledgeable and always friendly. He takes great care of us & our pool! Store has wide verity of items. We get all our pool chemicals there. We will also be getting our jacuzzi from there too!! We recommend them to everyone 👍

Horrible Customer service after the sale. I waited 10 months for my swim spa. The spa arrived damaged (broken panel, gouges in the wooden base in two locations, scratches inside and out and cuts in the cover). The forklift driver broke the panel and they delivered it anyway. Two weeks to get a tech out (I couldn’t fill the spa because of the damage). They fixed the scratches but did not have the panel or cover. Another three weeks to get an appointment for the panel and cover. They have no idea what customer service looks like. I have called multiple times and left messages without a return call. You literally have to catch someone at their desk to get any info. Do not use Secard Pools, they are your best friends during the purchase and harder to reach than your ex after the sale.

I have been going to take our pools Secard pools for years. I find the staff to always be very helpful and knowlable. They dont try to push products, they just try to help you understand your pool chemistry and how you can fix things. The quality of the pool chemicals is superior to what I get when I buy at places like Leslie pools or some of the other pool supply companies in the high desert. Put the only pool supply store I will go in high desert

We bought our cal spa and absolutely love it. Everyone is so helpful and even though it took awhile due to covid, when we got our jacuzzi it is amazing. Any questions I have they answer. Always so helpful. Love all of the team. Thanks for being there for all my dumb questions. Haha

This is my go to pool/spa place. The workers are friendly and very helpful and they always seem to have what we need for our spa. Its nice that they upgraded to a bigger and better facility in the same location/same parking lot and the outdoor pools are beautiful with the adorable giant floating Rubber Duckie!

I have had my islander pool now for almost two years. My family and I enjoy it so much!! The staff and Seacard are knowledgeable and have always helped me with questions. The whole process to get the pool in was seamless and took little time (6 weeks). Laurie and staff stayed in contact the whole process and I knew what was to come next. BEST CHOICE we have ever made!!

We Built a new house and were looking for a pool I weighed a lot of Options, Most people have a concrete pool. We went with Secard because the Islander pool was less then 1/4 the price for the size of pool we wanted, is easy to clean, soft lined bottom, and most importantly stays warm vs Concrete pools with no heater (no joke! look at my Temp in April!) . I got ours with a deep end, hard bottom and a 4 foot bench with Umbrella stand.we changed the design 3-4 times Taking off extras and making it bigger finally settling on the 20x40 as the size we wanted.their crew was Fast, quiet and always respectful as they built. but it was not without issues though, and thats understandable. First the plans show 20x40 but they dug a 12x24. I let them know and we updated the order. their bobcat was out the next day. I did have to wire up my own electricity. or they would have to hire an outside source. so I looked around but after getting prices. I did it myself as I wanted 100 amps out at my Box and it would be expensive (I DONT recommend DIYing it)their Spa was Dropped off and installed at a later date. I helped them Drop it down and hook it up. it came out perfect. it was the biggest Non-swim spa they had at the time. We Love it, the wife and I open it and Soak 2-3 times a week!As for the equipment. the Pump and DE filter is a Mid-grade waterway pump and does the job Just fine I wish the Plumbing for the skimmer was 2 (its 1.5) larger as that would Stop it sucking air when i divert 100% flow through it, the timer is a Mechanical and they are prone to failure (its costs $100 @ Lowes) Ive had it now go out twice. Secard has had someone out within a week both times. im now just going to replace it with a relay-Contactor. cant really fault them for Intermatics Failure.as for Swimming, we have 2 friends with pools. but theirs stay cold much longer (concrete )so the pool parties are at our house. the soft bottom is very nice as I now dont have Skinned knees or raw feet after lots of time in the pool.Jeremy came out and walked me through the setup. and the Store in Hesperia has always been very helpful.for chemicals they are around the same price as others.what would I have done different? I would advise to get the border around the 1.5 feet walls, even if you plan to put in steps at a later time since the concrete topper and walls look much nicer, and Keep things dry.

Just got a new hot tub and i love it

Purchased a pool filter that I was unable to put together myself. They allowed me to bring the filter back to the store and they put it together for me. Michael is always super helpful and everyone always has a positive attitude.

We had been looking at swim spas for a while. When we contacted Secard in the High Desert, we found Laurie. She was the best. She worked with us on the pricing and options which was a great thing to experience. We walked away very satisfied. She also made sure that our giant spa could be craned in. She pointed us to great crane operators. Now years later, we still get greeted with name recognition when we walk into this Hesperia location. We are always fine Laurie smiling and helpful.

Great pool supplies

We are happy with the spa we purchased from secard. Upon delivery, the crew didn’t have the operation manual, the right clips for the cover, or screws to mount the cover. I had to make another trip down to Secard to pick up the right items, but the staff was helpful and got me what I needed.

This business is very professional. Laurie from the Hesperia store is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and doesnt place pressure to buy anything unnecessary. She educated us on what to expect and thee were no surprises. We are enjoying our islander pool and they provide you with accessories which was a plus. Robert and Juan from the corporate office are also great. My pool took much longer than expected but Im assuming its due to the quarantine we had and the weather prior to that.

This place is a RIP off, dont buy your pool here. I was there two days ago and they almost got me to buy one of their above ground pools on display. Their price was $4700 dollars, when I got home I researched it some more, and found the same size pools online going for$1500 to $2500 dollars. Secard also wanted to charge me $150 dollars for delivery, purchases online was free delivery. The more questions I asked, the more disinterested the sales agent seemed, which set off my internal scam alarm.

Very poor customer service. Took my business elsewhere based on the staff horrible attitude alone. This particular employee is making this business lose money.

We purchased a spa from Secard Pools in Hesperia and were happy with our purchase! Moreover, we had a question regarding some features and were immediately given a home visit by Jeremy to show us how everything worked! They went above and beyond the call of duty with our purchase! We are extremely happy!!!

We bought a pool from Secard pools and after it was set up, we had a few leaks. The installer was unable to come back out right away so Jeremy offered to come fix the leaks. He came by before work and he had multiple plans in case one didn’t work. He was very thorough and fixed two of the leaks. One required a new part so he came back after work that day with the part and fixed it! We are the total opposite way of how Jeremy would get to work and were blown away by the awesome customer service that he provided us.

I Jon purchased an above ground pool days before business reopened after the virus epidemic. After bringing it home and it being assembled. I had questions about caringing and if everything had been put together correctly. Called Secard in Hesperia with questions. I spoke to Jeremy who was very professional. He scheduled a home visit the same evening. Jeremy corrected what needed to be corrected. I am very grateful for all of his help. Jeremy has answered all the questions I have had. The above ground pools ARE MUCH MORE PRICEY. I came here it said they price match I said its way more and that was just price. And its 65dollars more than online.

We purchased the 10 x 18 above ground pool. We went into the Victorville store after it had opened after being closed for 6 weeks. They maintained social distancing and the amount of people in the store which was awesome! My hubby and I set the pool up ourselves but was having problems with the pump leaking. A big shout out to Jeremy for coming to our house multiple times to make sure it’s right for our family! We Appreciate YOU!! Now my 2 boys have a pool they can enjoy all summmer!!

I recently bought a spa from Secard Pools and I really liked the experience I had. The saleswoman Laurie was extremely helpful she made sure I bought the right spa for my needs. I use a wheelchair so she helped me to get in and out of the spas that were on display which was great. After I received my spa she made sure I had the right chemicals for my spa. Since I live so close to the store one of the other employees dropped off any extra items I had purchased at my home that I could not carry since I dont own a car. I would recommend anyone buying a pool or spa to buy from Secard Pools.
