THE FOOD IS SO GOOD, BUT THE SERVICE SUCKS, I GET OUT WORK AND STOP BY TO GET A STRAWBERRY AND BANANA CREPE BUT NOW THIS THE SECOND TIME THEY F**K UP MY ORDER, COME HOME EAT ALMOST HALF OF THE ORDER AND GUESS WHAT ONLY STRAWBERRIES! Ordinarily hispanic ice cream parlors give the the best bang for your buck. Alas, it was not the case for this shop. Aside from the terribly rude customer service from what i assume was a family member that was hired, ( would not be working there otherwise) the prices were skewed way too much and ended up paying 6 dollars for something that cost 50 cents to make. Will not go there again. I would however recommend piña loca which is located in the topaz marketplace in Hesperia.

Used to like this place a lot although their churrilocos are weak..but recently they forget to follow through on what the customer is pating for. Very forgetful. The place is often busy and they get careless with making the order as asked..I feel that its only right to get what you paid for. However, recently they forgot my sisters torta, mind you we live in AV and its a approx. 20 minute drive to the place and another 20 back. Anyway, they offered to make the torta and refund the fee as well for having to make the second trip to the place to pick up the food. But once there, management only offered either the torta or refund. So the nice lady by the name Candy (an employee) asked management to refund the money and she paid for the torta. Personally, she ought to be in management, not the other rude lady. Whatever happened to great customer?? In another note their biinico sauce is getting thinner it seems by week. For the past month I have visited 7 times and everytime the sauce spills all in the bag that by the time I get home theres a mess everywhere and the sauce is no longer thick and rich in flavor.. maybe they ought to sell bolsas de caldo de bionico.! Wont be coming back!! Shame because every visit brings them no less than $40.

I ordered a Texan and other things and the Texan was very salty, but we were the only people and even so it took a long time to deliver the food, I do not recommend it
