Varner is a good guy and does phenomenal work. He is just a one man shop so he tends to fall behind schedule. If you want one of the best engine builders to build your bike motor that will last this is where to go but you need to be patient.

I put one star cuz u cant put zero, do not bring your motor here. He will keep it hostage. Terry will not answer your calls or messages. He will take your money an leave u with nothing. After 4 months nothing. Save the money, frustration and time take your motor anywhere but here. He did return my deposit. probably after reading this review

Although Terry,s work is reported to be among the best.His company ethics are hit and miss, there are so many reports of him having taken on work damanding payment, and then not completing the work for a year or much longer.Do yourself a favour, there are many other legendary tuners out there that can do the right thing by the customer.

Chances are if you send your motor here you may never get it back. This man is stealing motors from his customers and leaving them high and dry. stay away!

Wouldnt recommend sending an engine to this business. Some have paid in full and don’t receive their motors back for 12-24 months when 2-3 months was agreed on.

I received my motor after 27 months. Yes, 27 months! Because of winter it is not in the frame or started yet. Just glad this ordeal is over.Update 1/18/20 I thought we had a resolution. Seems as if were back to square one. No contact. Doesnt answer the phone.Update 11/18/20. Two years now hes had my motor. It just goes on and on. Its simple do the work youve been paid for and complete the work and return to the customer.Update 11/27/20. Still no motor. Check Vital MX forum, Varner Motorsports issues. To see more about this from there from others besides myself.Update 11/16/20. Still no motor. Once again told me Id have by the end of the week.So no work for paid services.Update. 10/20/20. I filed with the Bureau of Automotive Review about him. They have visited him. He told them the same thing. Ill get it done and get you a tracking number. That was last week. Nothing yet. Same old story.Update 10/6/20 Has not returned my motor or answered calls or texts.Still no tracking number anything but excuses.Update 9/22/20 Last week I actually got to speak to him. He said Id have a tracking number by Friday ( 9/18/20) Nothing. No number yet.Update today is 9/10/20 Still no word from him. No motor either. So Terry texted me August 17,2020. Telling me I wont miss The Vintage Rewind at Unadilla. I did. Another lie from him. Ill keep posting here till I get it. Im hearing from others the same problems.Another week has gone by, still no motor. I shipped it to him December 2018!!!!More excuses as I actually got to talk to him last week.I will update this until I get it back . Do not give him any business! Terry is a well known top notch MX mechanic who has a lifetime of experience wrenching for professional riders and companies. He knows all the tricks of the trade. There is only a few in the country who can do this kind of artwork to a motor. Adding horse power to give you the edge over the competition. Honest, straightforward and professional.
