Service center for my vehicle today was outstanding, I appreciate Chris the manager who went above and beyond to get the parts for the customer. And his team was totally professional. I recommend this place anyone if you are looking for outstanding service. Expect to be blessed here.

If it wasnt for Troy in automotive and the manager on duty at 5:30pm Aug 1, 2021 I would not have rated this location with 5 stars. Thanks to the manager and to Troy, our tire was replaced even after another automotive employee was rude, stressed and lacked customer service. Thank you Troy for going above and beyond and thank you to the manager who set the tone and lead by example on how to take care of your customers!

One of the nicer and newer Walmarts in waco area so its always stocked really well with new items, always find what I need and then some.

Did not go in. They do not allow truck parking. I did not want to come out after my shopping and have a ticket, see my truck being towed or worse my truck gone. They should give us truck drivers a break and st least let us Park while we shop and well be gone. If it wasnt for truck drivers the store would be empty. Walmart is making a lot of money. They should open up a store for truck drivers and call it Wal Truck Mart or Sams truck club where you need a CDL to get membership. I understand that there is a truck stop across the highway and we can walk to Walmart. That would be great exercise but we cannot Carry all of our groceries back to the truck stop. God Bless america, our economy, TRUCK DRIVERS and those who hate us.

Hubby and I ate lunch here andI must say the Anything and Everything salad was great! The chicken could have used just a little seasoning. Hubbys medium well sirloin was delicious. We havent been to Logans in a long time and it did not disappoint.

HORRIBLE CURBSIDE!!! I waited nearly 40mins on my order while everyone that came after me was helped and left. When asking a associate he just said “it will be out shortly” as I continuedTo wait and watch more cars come and go. If I didn’t need this order I would’ve canceled for this poor service. DO BETTER!

Went to find out if the do more on cars than new tires, oil changes or batteries, no.

Spacious and clean. They had everything I needed and shelves were fully stocked.

I love using their curbside, I just wish theyd do like HEB and remove the minimum purchase needed to use curbside, Id choose curbside even more if they did that!

I have mixed ratings. The tie lube express took 2.5 hrs. to fix a tire so, rating for them, 2 stars but, the main store was clean, nice employees tried to help me find dog carrier not on shelf, he was very sweet & helpful & went out of his way to help me, so 5 stars for main store.

Im a late shopper to avoid crowds due to anxiety & this supercenter allows me to shop late with no problems

Walmart is ALWAYS a myriad of people and the accompanying viruses, germs, parasites, etc., that our, collectively, poor hygiene habits foster. At the best of times, one puts themselves at risk of catching something from the another member of the herd any time the go in to a Walmart. Or a Target. Or a shopping mall, or department store, etc., where we gather in large number, indoors, with a lack of regard for our own safety protection. This is pre-covid19. Now, in the middle of a pandemic... It didnt feel any more unsafe or hazardous, than it did in 2019. If thats because of the sanitizer, masks, shields, social distancing efforts, etc., or because of my own laissez faire approach to avoiding unnecessary potential exposure to the plague, and tendency to become complacent and accept things as they are when I can, because Im emotionally lazy? Well I couldnt say for sure.

I got gas at this Walmart location and man oh man is my 2004 4Runner guzzling that sauce UP!!! Man, she loves that lower octane 87, plus it’s nicer on my bank account. I went into the convenience store and got me a Red Bull and some Cheetos for my Trek south into San Antonio. If it were not for this Wal Mart gas station I would have had to stop at a Pilot… sheeesh

The Sun Valley Walmart is my favorite for their clean store and usually well-stocked selection. I can typically count on my faves being available here--except that its tough to catch hot fried chicken at the times Im usually shopping, like a Thursday at 7:30 pm.

I went and got some things from walmart with my card. It disnt take any time to get the money off my card but now its gonna take 7 to 10 buisness days to get my money back. Never again. If i get anything it will be with cash if i have to take the money off my card i will do it. Not only that i stood in the back by the meat for 20 minutes, walmart employees walking by and not even asking if i any help...do better with your customer service

Very clean, very slow paced. It wasnt packed as far as business is concerned. I went to pick up money and there was only one person ahead of me in line. There was a salon in there however it was locked and caged up. There is a Subway restaurant at the front of the building. It has a very spread out and fresh produce department.

This Walmart has an attentive and friendly staff, the cleanest restrooms of any Wally World I have ever visited, and of course that Texas/Southern charm/genuine kindness people admire and envy across the world. If you get the chance jump off of 35 east south and stop in for a great Wally World time 🙃

People in here are like zombies and have absolutely no personality, flavor, and likability. It’s creepily too quiet.

Nothing wrong with the store. Nice. Newer. Clean. I will give 1 star due to rudeness of store employees. These employees need guidance & management. Store employee was there when I bought a new bbq grill. The grill wasnt heavy, just big. When I asked if he could spare 2 seconds and help me lift it on the truck, he said dude, Im off the clock. Not only will he not help me because he is OFF the clock, he showed his true colors as a not so good samaritan. Hes about 25 or younger. A 77 year old store employee helped me. Just goes to show you the difference in generations. I sure do thank that gentleman.

I had a very good experience. Walmart personal stopped what they were doing and went out of their way to help me. They were kind and very courteous to me and explained everything I needed to know in electronics department. I was and am very pleased and would definitely recommend shopping at the Hewitt interstate 35 Walmart location.

Love Sun Valley Walmart, even though its smaller it has what I need, the staff is helpful and friendly, clean and organized.

Lately, some categories of groceries have been lagging in availability. Primarily during busy hours.

I always come to this Walmart to do grocery pick up and I love it! Everyone is always so nice. I am frustrated that I ordered the Cloud perfume and they said it was out of stock.. that’s fine.. but I had to run in right after I picked up my groceries to grab a couple of items I forgot to order and decided I would check and see if they have it.. and they had six bottles in the glass cabinet. I asked a worker if they could unlock it and she said she would go ask them to. I waited over ten minutes for someone to come help me and no one came. I asked the worker if she asked them and she said yes they haven’t been able to find the key for days and shrugged her shoulders. Why not just tell me in the first place? Just a waste of my time. It’s not that the worker was rude, but she could have been transparent about the situation from the beginning and I would have been fine. It’s just disappointing.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up my sons meds. Had a pharmacy tech who Ive never had wait on me. She was a bit cold and snobby, but got my sons medicine quickly.I spoke with a Walmart employee in the hair care aisle. He was super friendly so that made up for the pharmacy tech. :-)

Terrible customer service in major areas such as the Pharmacy and Auto Center. I am here getting an oil change and the guy working on my car has not worn his mask not 1 minute while working on my vehicle and has a bad attitude. The Pharmacy department is always rude so now I travel 5 miles away to have all my medications filled at H‑E‑B. I hate this because this location is less than 1 mile from my house and so convenient but just a terrible place to be a customer!

Went to the lube shop a couple months ago. Needing a basic oil change. The young man took my information and was very helpful. I was told it would be about 45 minutes so I went to the subway and got a sandwich. Looked around the store with no call for pick up. I eventually went to the lube department and could see my truck in the parking spot I left it. The lady asked me if I needed anything. I explained the situation . She left and the young man came that initially took my information. He stated that Walmart has the right to refuse service and thanked me for my time. I was confused and angry. All I could figure was the kid wanted to not do the job so close to closing or they damaged it and was trying to cover themselves . Long story short I bought a filter and a box of oil. My 15yo daughter helped. It was obvious the lube center never even tried. I’d pay her before going back.I will never return here again. So unprofessional .

I have been paying monthly for grocery delivery and now when I go online to order 3/4 of my order is unavailable, not because it is out of stock but they will no longer delivery this item. Why would I pay for delivery when more than half is unavailable. Do they not realize I will have to go to the store now to complete my order. (I Think Not). I called and they tell me this is the new system 😡

The Walmart Spring Valley on I 35 is well stocked and best one in town.

Theyre supposedly open until 11:00pm on Saturdays. Whats odd though is this Saturday night I walked up to the entrance to get a single item 15 minutes before they closed (at 10:45pm). It probably wouldve only taken me 10 minutes to find and get this item. There were 4 employees, with yellow vests on, standing at the entrance talking to each other. 2 of them denied me entrance, because they said they were closing the doors completely (at 10:45pm), 15 minutes before they closed. I told them that I thought they closed at 11:00pm. They said they do (I guess in their minds...considering they close the doors completely before then), but that they supposedly want to make sure their cashiers can leave at 11:00pm. Im all for the cashiers leaving ASAP...that can be a tough, tiring, and stressful job. But Im not for them essentially closing completely to customers before they claim to still be open (which is what they did). If youre closing all entrance doors completely at 10:45pm...then arent you really closing completely at 10:45pm and not 11:00pm? I get that there may be customers already inside, but still regardless of closing time...retail stores generally tend to give customers time after closing who are already in the store to finish up before leaving.I really dont appreciate my time and gas being wasted. If youre going to completely disallow any customers from entering at 10:45pm, then maybe you should set your closing time as 10:45pm instead of 11:00pm. Or honor your original closing time in the 1st place, and only close the doors completely to new customers at 11:00pm like all other retail stores do.
