What can I say, I have been going there for years since it is the closest to home and the team there has become family. Mercy is alway cracking jokes and Nilda is sweet as can be! Overall the staff is really helpful, the location is clean, and we always find everything we need.

Worst customer service ever this store. This is my second time coming to get something from aisle 34 and i had to wait close to a hour both times. No one knew how to cut the product that i needed. I left without the product because i got tired of waiting. BAD

Is sad when you ask an employee a question and they say I do not know. This is why Ace hardware stores are able to charge higher prices for the exact same product, because Ace hardware employees know just about everything regarding their department.

Horrible experience, everything is unorganized, and hard to find help. We literally had to use a cheap dull hand saw to cut this wood because they haven’t spent the time or money to fix their saw machine. Hopefully his wrist will make it through this.

Do not do your laminate floor at this store.I pay $35 for a person to come to my house and measure where I was going to install the floor and then I call 3 days later to see the status of my quote and the person there told me that it had to be in person for some weird reason. I go to the store in person and after waiting for more than 30 minutes the specialist there tells me that my estimate its still pending and that he has no idea why and that he would follow up and see whats going on.Till this day( 3 weeks later), I still havent head from them to give just a quote of the installation. This is so irritating and disappointed because I wasted all this time for them to give simple quote for the project.Horrible experience and vey unprofessional so say the least. Either they are very disorganized or they just dont care at all

I recently bought a $ 3150 refrigerator and never received it, they canceled the order without notice and they have not refunded my money. Then I bought one for $ 2700 and I changed the delivery date, I still dont know what will happen with that if I will stay waiting like the other one. They have a lack of control in the delivery department. They have disappointed me as a customer.

I used to come to this Home Depot from 2007-2011 but I moved to a different area and the Home Depot on 49th street was closer to my new place so I started going to that one instead after 2011. Today on 12/05/2019 my dad wanted me to drive him to this Home Depot to buy some plumbing parts and I have to say that this Home Depot sure has changed alot since I last came here in 2011, back in 2011 they only had 1 pickup truck to rent out to customers and a small selection of tools but now it looks like they have all kinds of stuff that you cant rent out, even moving trucks! I guess now their giving U-Haul a run for their money. Back in 2011 all they had around this place was a gas station and a trailer park but now it looks like they have alot of new nearby businesses that have opened up as well.

It was just a return. It was fast.

Gardening area is not well taking care of, lots of dry plants, others with nylon on a pile pending to be display. Many empty spaces, not much variaty and The employee in charge of the area named Miguel (he said ) was rude when I asked him why is this place in abandon conditions. He told me that was not true to show him, so I went back to show him more than 10 and if he wanted for me to show him more, at that point he started to blame the people that come to replace them from the nurseries. This person has no idea what is customer service . I find more variety and good plants conditions in Lowes also less expencive.

Store is mainly clean, neat and stocked up. Staff is professional and friendly, plus if they dont have an item in stock they would surely check what store has it and make it available to you. Also, theres always parking but could use a little more lighting and hand sanitizer/cleaning wipes spread out more throughout the store would be a plus.

Pretty good store, gotta give it up for them. Few safety problems, we got some 10.1 Refrigerators up on shelves, we gotta bring those down to the floor. Broken fire extinguisher on that same Aisle, just need the InFocus team to get in there and straighten things up okay

Great products and prices as usual in Home depot. Poor costumer service, hard to get what you really need (talking about cabinets), computer sistem very slow, extremely hard to get a time frame for delivery of your merchandise, staff justify them self all the time and lost focus on solve costumer claims, manager with wrong approach to costumers, poor control of chain of tasks. It was a chaotic experience.

Placed an order on thev online system for the home depot off the fl turn pike and Lejune. E system notified me that I could do curbside assistance. when I arrived to the store, I parked on curbside pickup and put in information as specified on board. I waited for 30 minutes, when no one showed up, I had to go into the store and find someone to assist me. Once I found someone, i was advised that they didnt have the personnel to work curbside. If I had not gone inside the store I would have been sitting at curbside forever. Why offer a service that is not being monitored and youre inconveniencing your customers

To be honest the service is better in this home depot than the one on 49 Street and 16 Ave in Hialeah, and place very organized, the employees very helpful, nocomplaints.

Associates are not helpful or knowledgeable at all. They just direct you to places and even that’s totally wrong area, just away from them.

Unfortunately, this store doesnt know how to handle mistakes they make with costumers. I had an issue with an online order and Ed, the store manager, couldnt offer any solution. He simply allowed me to walk away visibly upset. After spending thousands of dollars here remodeling my home, I am disappointed that this store cant accommodate a costumers needs. Next time, Ill go to Lowes.

Placed online order. In three days delivery called with 20 min frame, could not make it so i asked to reschedule for the next day after 9am... after waiting for 4 hours next day called the store and found out that my order has never been rescheduled for delivery... manager not even trying to resolve the issue kept repeating that wont be today. Asked for a full refund. Worst, unprofessional location

I always come to this Home Depot expecting rude employees and a very poor service. I must admit that I was not dissapointed. Maybe it is the water of Hialeah. The young kids are doing their best but the older employees are a bad example.

They r awesome. Especially considering they r almost a monopoly of hardware stores, beside Lowe’s n an ocasional Ace. Easy to see why. Lots of options n low prices. Easy to exchange n always friendly staff. Don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at a Home Depot. This was no different.

Went to exchange a plant that has died on me from three weeks ago and they could not return it because they said they needed a receipt. Really? All I want it was an exchange. Its not like I was going to keep a receipt of a plant for ever in case it died on me. Never again I will buy in home Depot. I rather go to Lowes.

This is my go-to place for home improvement. I love the staff in the garden section the ladies are always so nice and helpful.They get fresh plants I believe every Tues and Thursday for those with a green thumb.Usually whatever I need is available at this Home Depot but the times where it hasn’t been they are happy to check other stores near me.The gas tanks here are usually all in pretty good shape too. During Christmas you are always sure to find the best holiday decor and trees at this spot.

This was my worse experience ever.I was text 3 days ago that my order was ready to pick up. I went Sunday about noon time. I had ordered (4 boxes) when l got to the store they had only 4 tiles. I had placed this order in the Hialeah Gardens store because they only had 5 boxes and l needed 9 boxes so l payed the total there . Now the Miramar store tells me they didnt have no more but the north Miami store has 16 boxes when l get there they didnt have 1 tile. I spend all Sunday afternoon going from store to store everyone telling me that their inventory is showing but theres nothing stock. I spend my Time and Gas without no results. UNBELIEVABLE.I would appreciate it if some calls me and tell me what l should do. The 5 boxes of tiles l picked up at first are installed, now what? My rating was going to be 0 but it wont let me post so l give it 1/2 star.

We ordered some appliances in store the person helping us out grabbed the wrong model number for the wrong stove and the stove we wanted had the wrong price, when the item was delivered we noticed it was the wrong stove so we went back to speak to the same sales person which did nothing to resolve the situation, so we spoke to the manager which solved nothing and had a huge attitude like if it was our fault that the sales person didn’t check in the first place. Would not recommend this place for anything.

I placed an online order and when it arrived it was defective, they did not specify what was broken. They call me to let me know and they asked if I wanted to reorder or cancel. I wanted to reorder but I asked if it was going to take another week for the pick up. The guy on the phone told me that he was going to find out and call me back in 5 min. Eight hours after I called and another employee said that they are no longer fabricating that item and the one that I order was broken and was the last item. Poor costumer service.
