From start to finish this company is flawless! I have been so happy to write this review. I ordered online received the parts within 5 days. Packaged well. One of the parts was used therefore went in person to return it. I returned the part in its original box. The company store front was easy to find, clean, fast Service and great staff. They offered water for Free! Looked up the receipt from the bar on the box. Received the refund within 24 hours.

This has to be one of the best places Ive ever ordered from. I ordered a condenser that was delivered quickly. Unfortunately UPS was not so gentle with the package. It arrived in a busted up box and had been bent badly. I contacted Sunbelt Radiators and emailed them a picture of the box. They said they would replace it at no charge and apologized for my inconvenience. The next day a new condenser arrived in much better condition. The product worked perfectly. Although this was the fault of the shipper and not them, they quickly made it right. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Sunbelt

It seems that most of the reviews here are positive. This is surprising to me, but im glad they didnt have to go through the same things I went through with this company. Ive had a very stressful experience, starting with the defective radiator they sold me. The radiator I received had a overtightened drain plug which was broken inside the housing. I contacted Sunbelt Radiators hoping to get a replacement. They advised me that the manufacturer would not grant a refund for the product because they claimed that the drain plug was tightened to spec (although they could not prove this). They went ahead and processed the refund anyways for the radiator themselves apart from the manufacturer warranty. I was told I would receive a refund within 4 business days. This was not true, I waited almost two weeks before I decided it was probably better for me to open a dispute on eBay because the purchase was made there and they had not followed through with their promise of 4 business days. Once I opened the dispute it was an issue for them and they told me I must close the dispute immediately in order for them to be able to process the refund. Once I had done so their response was no we are not processing a refund for this because eBay has sided in our favour (There was no evidence of anything provided, they won the dispute because I closed it, as I was instructed to, by them). Not only am I left with a broken radiator but my car cannot start or drive because i have no cooling system anymore, the original rad was thrown out and now my budget for this repair has been spent at Sunbelt Radiators and I am left with nothing. The service I received was unprofessional, deceitful and very stressful, I spent hours on the phone with Sunbelt and eBay and I have lost all respect for this company. I advise anybody that purchases products from here to be very mindful in trusting any of these employees when it comes to warranties and disputes. They lied to me in order to save themselves $70, even if it looks bad on the company. They do not care, they are not professional in their work. I would like to add that they could not even tell me the specifications of the broken piece in order for me to try to find a cheap fix somewhere in the meantime. They know nothing about these products, they do not make them, they are just a poorly run shipping facility.

Sunbelt radiators has been a pleasure to deal with. I needed a new radiator for my 2007 corvette and decided to order from Sunbelt through amazon. At no fault to sunbelt, my first radiator arrived damaged. Upon contacting sunbelt (Mike Carralero) apologized for the issue and sent me a new radiator via next day air. The replacement is flawless. Terrible customer service...Terrible communication..Cost our company money to try to do business with these folks...Been in the automotive business 30 years and electronic ordering is sometimes not foolproof...Even after communicating that it was a electronic order there was still a problem with them sending the part as promised...We even has a order confirmation, in writing, for the electronic order. Insurance companies do not really care what the excuse is...They made our company pay the rental for the delay!!! I wont even ask if this company will reimburse us for that fee

Everything went great, however I recommend that you use an order taker with more knowledge of English. I had to repeat simple letters and numbers many times for her to get it correct. I have had experience with the Latin dialect vs English and I made sure that she got my email address correct, along with other pertinent information. Some companies use workers from India but it is very difficult because we are not use to the various sounds.

Sent a radiator with missing parts, then refused to cover the shipping cost to have the item returned. Terrible company!

I ran across Sunbelt radiators by accident in a Google search. Im very glad I did. Their prices are great and I had the radiator at my front door delivered free two days later. It is an exact replacement seems to be high quality and even came with a new radiator cap. I am very impressed with Sunbelt radiators and will recommend them to my friends.

I had to return a radiator that ups damaged during the delivery, I spoke Keylyn first. She was very courteous and professional. Once I explained my issue, she immediately took steps to resolve the problem. When I called back to speak with her again, I got Mike who was just as courteous and helpful. Absolutely do not buy here. I have purchased 3 radiators from them only one survived.1 for a 94 Bronco did well so I assumed they had a good product.2 Bought another for my 01 silverado it failed in 8 months. Shame on me I lost my receipt so no honor on the warranty as their computer doesnt keep records (red flag).3 so I bought another it lasted a couple years and then failed same spot i happened to find receipt so i tried to return and was told that because it had dents from being hauled in the bed like junk they would not honor warranty again do not buy very bad business.

I am an old costumer, I have a very bad experience yesterday that I want to share. I went to the store located in Hialeah 7890 nw 98 th street Hialeah Garden, FL, 33016 on 11/5/19 between 9:30 am to 11:00 am the person who was in the warehouse was very rude and disorganize, he lost the order of one client, he gave no explanation and after 40 min he return and said to the client just go to the office and get your money back because your order is lost. After left the client he just walk for 10 min doing nothing while me and 3 more clients were waiting. When we asked him to check our orders he said in a loud tone of voice that we can not tell him how to do his job. I went to the office, spoke with Carlos Diaz who is the manager and report the bad experience to him.

My phone call was politely handled, and I was told to return the radiator and given a R/G authorization via FedEx and ordered the correct radiator. I was a bit worried about fit thinking that the low price might mean low quality or things wouldnt line up right. Well, I was wrong and worried for no reason. Sunbelt shipped my radiator super fast even when I expected delays due to hurricane Matthew and the fit was perfect. I even recommend Sunbelt to my nephew and his experience was also positive. Hopefully I dont need to do anymore radiator swaps anytime soon but if I do Ill definitely order from Sunbelt.
