Overall service was really good. The shutters look very nice and high quality. Installation was good as well, although we had some issues and misunderstanding with the community rules. I did not have to take care of anything, city permits and paperwork was all on the companys hands, which was really nice.

I have just met with Raul Marrero to give me a new quote on my home. He was here about 2 years ago and he remembered everything from his first visit ( I was surprised). I only did a quarter of my patio because of my budget but he has given me great idea and best cost efficient ways to do it. He completely went out of his way to the best for my project and budget. I will be calling him for sure to finish my patio in the future !!!!Orlando

UPDATE: I left the below review expressing my dissatisfaction with Raul sending the quote we requested directly to our client instead of us & then showing up at their office after we told him not to. He just contacted us threatening to leave us a bad review if we dont delete this review. I tried to reach the sales manager to ask them to control their employee but they just hang up and now wont answer our calls. We dont respond kindly to threats or bullying. This review will not be deleted.Bad business practices. They tried to poach our client quoting them directly after we made it clear they are OUR client and the quote needs to be sent to us. Raul apologized for the misunderstanding but then showed up at our clients office the next day to try and close the deal even though we specially instructed him not to! Our client sent him packing. We don’t do business this way. Shady business practices will get you nowhere. Beware!

I would recommend this company, they did the job for my roll down screens better than any other company that gave me a proposal, faster and accurately for less money. The job was installed professionally and promptly, no seen wires or electrical conduits as other companies proposed. You can shop around, but these guys are the best, my salesperson Jordan worked on my behalf during the process, came to.me a second time and to help thru the HOA process.

Horrible customer service!! They were late a month from the original installation date before putting my shutters on!! They dont bother letting you know whats going on. I had to do a lot of the work myself, between calling the city and running after the salesman. They hang up the customers when they see its you calling. When they finally put the shutters on, you have to pull teeth just to get the guy who doesnt speak English come back and do it right!! Go elsewhere for your shutters!!

Worst company to deal with - customer service is awful and the techs who come out are unprepared to perform their jobs. They can’t handle the scheduling and follow through of one simple job. Don’t be fooled by their excuses - our telephones aren’t working, we didn’t have the paperwork, we are on our way...

Terrible customers service. They just care about your money and then they don’t even answer your calls. I signed my contract on March it took like 6 weeks or more for them to come and stall my windows and door on May. On July 21st the front glass broke we went thru another painful period calling them to reinstall it was finally done by September and on September 27th it broke again. We are now on December 8th and they still haven’t come to install the glass and now they don’t even answer my calls they send me directly to voice mail. Today I reach out to PGT directly for them to see if they can do something about it if not my next step is a lawyer. Don’t go with this company if you don’t want a headache,

Rolling Shield provided good service. Between the installation of my accordion shutters to the finishing and timely delivery of these services, I taken aback by the efficiency and customer service of this company. The only problem I had was that my front doorbell was concealed after the shuttle installation, which should have been taking into considered before the services were delivered, as it could have been planned better.

Love our retractable shutters!!!Installation was fast, pricing much more reasonable than a cage and best of all when Irma came they could retract with a simple push of a button and stay safe through the storm. Our outside porch has been transformed into another room of our house! Also, I needed a repair to a shutter (damage caused was my fault) and they came out quickly to fix it and make it good as new!I highly recommend Rolling Shield!

This company does not honor their products.When the sales person (Sergio) came to my house and made the evaluation of our needs, he recommended the rolling shield. We clearly specify that our needs were to protect an outside door from rain (water). Again he highly recommended this type of product.We ordered the product and upon installation the installers (from Rolling Shield) told us that the product we purchased was not good for our needs, since there is a lot of wind blowing from the lake. Immediately we contacted the sales person and he told me to go ahead with the installation. As a result (as the installers indicated us) the product did not serve our needs. The wind hits the material and the sound is terrible (like the sails blowing in a sail boat), even with the awning was open less than one third of the capabilities.I called several times and was not able to speak with a manager. After two weeks I was able to speak with the manager (Sam) and he indicated that it was a problem between the sales person and I, washing his hands and no supporting his product.Please dont buy from a company that does not back up or support their products.Thanks,

I DO NOT recommend Rolling Shield. We signed a contract with this company for storm shutters and hurricane windows in March of 2018, as of this review (March 2019, one year later) they have not completed the work. Not only that, but the window installation was not done well, some of our windows do not open all the way (even ones that are next to each other). Ive tried to speak to the General Manager, with no avail, I keep getting the installation manager, and his answer is always your windows will be installed in 2-3 weeks. Their service is unacceptable and I am trying to get the contract cancelled for lack of service. -Rolling Shield management- If you are interested in making this right call me, you have my number

This is a disaster of a company, I have a custom made (super wide) awning and one arm plus the fabric broke, so I called to repair it, a guy came by and never call again with the quote or prices. Since that event I have called them twice and my girlfriend called them too, nothing. With this none existen costumer services they will be out of business soon...

Very pleasant dealing with them. Price very competitive, came when said they would, even returned when they said they would. Would definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them to family. Job well done

Had a mix of the clear and solid panels installed back in January 2018. Great Installers!!!!!! After having 13 windows replaced by a different company that was a nightmare, they were easy to schedule estimate and the production time was minimal! Would highly recommend! Thought the price was very fair!

Rollingshield just completed the permitting, engineering, fabrication and installation of accordion shutters surrounding my patio area and tracks with horizontal panels at my front door.From the first contact with Raul Salas Marrero (in coordination with Carlos) on April 3 thru the installation by Edgar and Avilio (Avicor) and the final inspection from the Village of Palmetto Bay on May 30, everything went smoothly.To pass along a very nice compliment……the Palmetto Bay inspector was extremely impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail by the installers. I hope you are already aware, but your company certainly has a valuable asset in Edgar and Avilio. They were punctual, personable, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to work with.This undertaking was by no means “standard” or “routine“ and I appreciate the time and care it took to complete the job from start to finish. Yours was not the lowest cost estimate, but I feel that it was a good value and I would be happy to recommend Rollingshield.

If youre in the market for anything related to interior / exterior shades or awnings, Rollingshield is the only place you need to contact - best price, best workmanship, and the best customer service. Didnt charge my card until I was 100% satisfied with the work - unheard of in Miami.Scope of work - 4 exterior motorized shades (Suntex 95) with Somfy motors, D-Box and sidetracks.

We purchased three different types products from Rollingshield. Interior motorized shades, three exterior solar screens for our patio and one of their new cassette style awnings. We had outstanding service from the begining, with the sales representative and the installation. I will say that this one of the best investments we made for our home with the solar and sun protection. I will certainly recomend this company to my friends.

They did a great job on my windows and awning there were a few snags along the way but the stepped up and took responsibility and fixed the issues no questions asked.

Cannot possibly recommend this company. The project manager, Raul, is inconsiderate, wont return phone calls, and couldnt care less about his customers. To make matters worse, our new accordion shutters opened up during hurricane Irma. Terrible.

The service is complete garbage, the customer service is terrible, Carlos, Anibal and Diana always tell you that they are going to call you and nothing. I have 4 months waiting for them to come to my house to install the hurricane sales and the contract period was 8 -12 weeks! The stupid woman at the front desk doesnt even answer calls and when you call she leaves you on hold for as many hours as necessary. I think I will have to go looking for a lawyer because this company is a scam.
