Highest quality tiles. Superb service. I did my entire order online. I had contacted other companies in Florida and elsewhere and eventually settled on Tropical Tile based on the quality of product and service. From the first contact, Marco Suarez was quickly responsive and very helpful. He arranged a shipment of samples and sent photos and videos of additional options at my request. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Honestly, I couldnt be more satisfied.

Terri was very helpful in assisting me with the selection of my tiles. She is very knowledgeable in her field and was able to hit the nail on the head with the combination of the tiles for the floors and bathrooms. She even follow up to see if I needed additional items when they were running low to complete my project so I did not run out.

I had great experiences with Tropical. Its a family business run by a father and his son and I could really tell that they care about every customer. the sales people are always upbeat, welcoming and happy to answer all my questions. The owner and his son work closely with the sales people too so its almost like everyone there is family too

I loved how even though the sales room was busy we immediately were greeted and even met the owner. It was obvious that everyone tried their best to take care of us without making anyone feel rushed. Unfortunately I wasnt able to get what I was looking for, but they were kind enough to point me in the right direction. Really incredible customer service. If I ever have needs in the area again, they will definitely be my first call.

Very professional service! Even though Im young, I was treated well by Tere and even got some help from the owner. They made me very comfortable with my first big home-related purchase and walked me through their many high-quality flooring options without rushing me on a purchase. Thank you for your help! Terri was great. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly patient as we kept going back and forth between three choices. We did not feel pressured at all which is a huge difference from other tile companies we visited. I am happy to say we finally picked the best tile that fit our needs.

What a bunch of unprofessional individuals. I understand we walked in 30 minutes before closing, but that does not excuse the way we were not acknowledged, or told well be right with you or even a good afternoon. Needless to say we are very motivated customers which they just lost.

I had the pleasure of the owner of the company, Juan, help me with my selection. It was great to see how much they value customer service that even the big boss man came to help out when all the other sales people were busy with customers.

Update: I called the number on google and is a non working number... So I called the one on the door. I don’t know if it was the owner or the manager but the first time he hang up on me so I called a second time and he was very disrespectful telling me that he didn’t care about losing clients and that he can close at whatever time he wants... Tiles and everything there is very very expensive to be treated like that. Please don’t support this kind of business and behavior.
