Worst shop in Miami they take forever to finish a simple job, overpriced and don’t go by your insurance rules and over charge you for that. Huge mistake I made dealing with this shop, don’t use the place.
I should have read reviews before using this shop. Same thing that happened to others customers happened to me. This shop have a little scam going. They always go over the insurance allowed disbursement and they end up charging you that during pick up. So in other words you will pay a deductible PLUS another amount that they come up with because they go over the insurance allowed budget just to make more money, amount that you are NOT notified until pick up date. Don’t even try to question them because they are abusive, this shop is well known with insurance agencies in the area. Stay away from them.
Management is abusive and disrespectful. They have a good scam going in which they always go over the insurance allowed budget for repair. You been warned don’t use this shop.!!!
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP, STAY AWAY. They are very dishonest. They talk to you well to get you in and it all quickly changes after that.First, they take forever to finish your car.Two, they have a scam in place with going over the amount set by your insurance.Third, management is veryy ptsd rude and likes to bully customers and insurance agents.Any other shop, on the day of pick up they will charge you ONLY the amount for the deductible, NOT THIS SHOP you will pay the deductible plus additional amounts they will come up with that you were not told about. Don’t make the same mistake I did, GO TO ANOTHER SHOP!!!
Customer service was cordial, informative and professional. We do not know yet what the car has until the insurance adjuster comes to check the car. So far World Impact Center has handled my case accordingly.
I dropped off my vehicle a few days prior to Christmas Eve. I was in an accident where a gentleman ran a stop sign and hit my car. The tow company highly suggested this company. They would help me by allowing me to pay half of the deductible. When I arrived to coordinate the process, I was informed that due to the virus and the holidays, the repairs would take a few weeks but would be done less than a month. I was also informed verbally that they would help pay half of my deductible. Over the next few weeks, I had to have my mother contact them on a daily basis because they would not call and give an update.Fast forward to Jan, 25 I called to pick up my vehicle. I was informed I needed to pay 80% of my deductible, they would only help with 20%. Once I informed then that wasnt what I was told, the assistant, Ana portrayed as if she did not know what I was talking about. Frustrated, as I been patiently waiting for over a month for my vehicle, she continue to act as if she wasnt aware of our agreement. At this point, they were not helping but informing me of additional fees, so that I would feel that they were helping me. However, none of these extra fees where informed to me until today that I needed to pick up the vehicle.Here is where they show their level of profession. Once I had my elderly mother catch an rideshare to go pick up my vehicle and pay the deductible. They handed my mother my medical marijuana in her hand and told her there was drugs in the car As if this did not make my elderly mother uncomfortable, she felt guilt as if she needed to explain my condition. Im not sure why they went through my persona belongs, even worse they choose what to give my mother in her hand. Clearly, they way of handing difficult situation is by playing with the customers emotions.Getting into an accident is already a stressful situation. Having to find a way to work everday for the last month is a very stressful situation. But I would never recommended a company who is comfortable making things worse. They do not care if youre frustrated or stress. In fact, they may make the situation worse.In the end, they only painted the side that was crash. The paint does not match with the rest of the car, as the other side is faded. I was also informed the whole car would be painted. Everything I was told compare to what I receive did not meet my expectation but I am happy because I no longer need to deal with a company who management team has narcissist-style coping mechanism towards their clients.
Careful everybody, girls in front desk are so friendly but they charge a lot and make you wait for long time to charge storage, thats the bussines but careful people who goes with a crash insurance claims.
Great service, family oriented best quality materials were used. I recommend this company out. They know exactly how to treat customers and the importance of having a car thank you for your prestigious company and workers for all you have done for me and my family in fixing my car. On July 2019, i dropped my car off to World Impact Bodyshop, not knowing what to expect,My experience was beyond my imagination with this business, They were amazing. I would not recommend this facility if you want your car finished within a decent time frame. Not a honest shop. Always gives you the run around and unprofessional. Dont take your car here! They have tow trucks solicitating cars in accidents to take your car to their shop offering you money and rental. Its all bullshit!!

I was recommended by a friend who did not really know how the Workshop works. The repair time of the car was established in 3 days, which was extended to a month and a half due to an inefficient management between the Workshop and the Insurance (GEICO), full of setbacks, bad will and personal and technical differences, of which the Head of the Workshop took care more than solving them, turning them into a huge problem that he poured over me every time I inquired about the repair progress, whose purpose seems to be to plunge one into total uncertainty. This fact totally detracts from the Workshop and the good work and attention of the receptionist and the technician who attended me, which leaves much to be desired from what is expected of a service company in the USA. The head of the Workshop does not have the slightest idea of what his relationship with a client should be, he is rude and dismissive, perhaps his position there makes him believe he is the owner of the world. I do not recommend anyone to go to obtain services there while there is this type of character in charge of the Workshop with its misplaced policy, that far from seeking customer satisfaction with its wrong treatment, is not capable of the best management to obtain a complete better service that satisfies those who pay for it.
The task of a good manager, manager or director (Mario) is to make both groups of people work motivated since their personal satisfaction when working is directly related to productivity.
