They are legit - I know there are a lot of scams out there when it comes to windshield replacement and car repairs in general but this was easy. There was no nonsense. The dude literally showed up, replaced my windshield, I was able to pay with a credit card from in my driveway and he left. It took an hour. It was half the price of Safelite and the windshield looks good.

I had an unfortunate incident with my BMW windshield but was very fortunate to find Clear Route Auto Glass, they were able to accommodate me in their schedule the same day I place the claim, I received a phone call from Osmani, the owner and installer who gave me a 2pm appointment, him and his business partner and father Lazaro show up 15 minutes prior to the service appointment, the replacement process was fast and smooth, I’m very please with the service provided and will recommend them to anyone who need their glass replaced by the best Glass Company in South Florida, I hope I don’t ever have any glass issues but if I do I know who to call,Thank you, you guys are the best!!!

My passenger window broke right before we were supposed to have a hurricane pass by us. Needless to say, I was in a panic. It was a Saturday night, I set up an appointment, through Safelite (online only, no representative answered my calls). The earliest available appointment to replace my window, was almost a week after the incident. If anyone has ever driven without being able to see from the passenger window, you know it is almost impossible, and extremely dangerous especially with rain and strong winds. After I made the appointment, I called several glass repair companies in my area. I received 1 call back, from Manny, at Clear Route Auto Glass, the following Sunday Morning. From the beginning, Manny was polite, understanding and very professional. I felt comfortable with him after 1 minute of conversation. His quote for a new (not used), window was over $100 less than Safelite. He promised me the window would be replaced the following day, (Monday). As promised, the installer (Lazzaro), called when he was on his way to my location. Lazzaro and Yoaniss, arrived and within 10 minutes the new window was installed, all the broken glass cleaned up. The mirror was also damaged and Lazzaro and Yoaniss, did everything possible to fix the mirror.It is truly inspiring to see a business likeClear Route Auto Glass, do everything possible during this crazy Pandemic crisis, to serve their clients.Dont be fooled by large corporations that pay billions on advertising to sell you something at almost double the price.I highly recommend Clear Route Auto Glass. This was the best experience Ive had all week. I would highly recommend these guys! The glass they brought did not fit correctly, so they went to the dealer and got an oem glass and fixed the window in my car within 2 hours at a much lower cost than what the dealer had offered. Very reliable and professional!!

I called them in the morning to get a quote and ended up booking an appointment with them for the same day. They replace my window in like 30 minutes and even vacuum the broken glasses inside my car. Very professional, fast service and great price.

Terrible service. Left waiting for installer that never showed. once I called them to find out why. I was told by no one would be on there way for what ever reason. I have now wasted a day waiting for them. I suggest you save time and money and use a more professional shop.
