I went too superior sound last month on March 7th too get my windows tints done for my Honda CR-V 2019. I called around close 1pm and they told me they were back up by two cars but they told me too still come by 2:30pm that they would get them done for me before they closed for the day. I make it so on time and from the time I was there the owner was super kind and helpful during the whole process of my car getting the window tints done. I originally wanted to get 5% all around but they recommend me that because my car had factory tints already I staled for the back windows Nd the rear window as well that I should get 25% for windows in the back and then 5% in the front that it’ll match perfectly at then end the way I wanted it. And so I went with there recommendation and I was super surprise on how good they turn out after the technician finish with car especially with there recommendation. I highly recommend them if your thinking of going to get window tints done.

Scam, Scam, Scam... First they over price me assuming i know nothing since i am young. Second, They forgot one of the most important devices in my car which controls the sub woofer they installed. They told me it was legal to add another layer of tint on top of the one i originally had, Which turns out is not legal. They forgot to put my car back together. And lastly, they took all the quarters out of my car thinking i wouldnt notice. very childish and disrespectful to do something so petty.

Horrible customer service and rip off. I bought an amplifier from them and had them install it on my mercedes. Amplifier would shutoff at low volumes and work periodically. Installer determined it was a faulty amp. They offered to replace the amp with a lower model (less value & amperage) because they didnt have the same model amp they had sold me. After months of waiting for them to replace the amp they finally got back to me and said that the manufacturer could not replace the amp because the amp was a discontinued model. So they sold me a discontinued item they knew would have no warranty or replacement. They initially had offered to install another amp and would call me when they had something else available at the same price range and amperage. its been over 6 months now and i have not heard a word from them. I eventually gave in. I rather take the loss and just never go there again. My car was also having electrical problems and dealer found that the wiring for the amp to the battery was loose and was never tighten. This is probably what caused the amp to stop working to begin with.

Amazing customer service. Very diligent in explaining the steps needed to complete the service. I had my front LED lights and tints installed and I’m very happy with outcome. The warranty they offer is the cherry on top.

About 1yr ago i found superior autosound, I went to install on my 2017 sonata 2 hid kits,1 fog light kit and led light. I also changed my sound system got 2 kicker sub, amps and upgraded my door speaker they treat you like family its been a year and no issues for far I highly recommend anyone to visit the store just ask for Gaby..

I drive a lot! We did our tinted windows last year with the one that decreases heat exposure and we LOVE IT! The staff are always friendly and we always send our friends in.

I went in for a audio system check and they told me i had to replace my radio, i proceeded with the process but they offered a solution to bypass changing the stock radio, so i agreed. They had this small Peruvian guy with a red soccer Jersey working on my car, after installed everything and butchered my 2012 Chrysler 300s which brought electrical problems to the car. They also placed a cheap renegade amp in the car that would cut off because its was installed improperly. I left my car 3 nights in the shop and after the three days they couldnt figure out what they messed up so they told me they couldnt do anything else because they were losing money. I lost 850 dollars that week and for the next year or so my car has been a electrical mess, i do not recommend this place at all until they hire professional installers instead of opting for cheap laborers.

The prices NOTHING economic, I went to finish the wiring on the console of an Android Radio that was 95% of the work done, it was only to place a cable of the reverse camera on the same front panel and they charged me $ 90.00 plusTax, unheard of. By the way many comments are from relatives, thats not worth it. Price example: Place 3M polarized dye to a 2020 Totota all in car $ 125.00, place two (2) cables on the back panel of an Android Radio (my case) $ 90.00 PlusTax. You decide..!
