The worse customer service. I have been trying to call them alllll week to make an appointment they don’t answer the phone.. when I’m person and u would think they were busy… but no 3 of them just chilling in the there… not a care in the word about any customer that walks in no greeting nothing … after 10 minutes the small guy comes and says how can I help after discussing in front of me for 10 minutes how they were going to check out another employees car… I advised him i needed two tires they said they had the tires but couldn’t install them because they are booked today and I would have to make an appointment .. but yet they there discussing how they gonna fit in time to check out another employee car alll in front of the manager Chiquita.. who acted like she couldn’t and didn’t want to do anything to help out. How can u call and make an appointment if they don’t even answer.. and Chiquita should be far from a supervisor she gives the impression that she is not helpful at all she could’ve at least offered an appointment for another time instead of not even acknowledging their was a customer there. Very unprofessional and bad look for Walmart… and they just opened this auto care center.

My Husband brought my car for an oil change, my husband said he left and came back and they said they dont want to touch my car because there is an oil leak, mind i never had an oil leaj=k til i brought my car to them, all of a sudden they dont want to touch..they are full of it and they going to fix it

I blame myself for coming here on 3 different occasions. Thats on me.The first time I came my wife had an emergency flat so we brought it here and they took 5 hours to replace it. But since it was no appointment I understood.I came back here on 6/15 I had a 7am appt for 3 tires. I ordered the tires online and a hour after of me waiting the gentleman calls me and tells me that walmart.com sent the wrong size tires. I ordered r16 and they sent 17’s for all of them so I had to replace 1 tire (all they had in stock) and ordered the other 2 and made a 7am appt for 6/20. I come in on 6/20 and no one is in. The manager tells me they dont open the auto center til 8am but “You’ll be first”. Like obviously dude. Like I said jokes on me. You save $20 with walmart but honestly it isnt even worth it. Ive waisted for 3hrs over two day span just to replace 3 tires. On top of it all my tire pressure system warning is on upon leaving. They arent sure how to fix it.Marlon was running the desk, he is GREAT, he was nice everytime ive worked with him and he literally was the only bright spot in all of this mess. Marlon deserves accolades, especially for all the mess Walmart makes him deal with.

Place has nobody to assist and phone call are 100% ignored.

Tried calling to make an appointment as they are no longer taking walk-ins due to covid. Was on hold for 30 minutes, each time I called a lady answered the phone saying I need to make an appointment (which is what I stated I was trying to do) and that she’d transfer me to the auto department (which I was already calling because their number is distinct from Walmart’s number). Then I’d be left on hold until the line automatically cut off. I called 6 times Feb 3,2021 between 11:15 - 11:45 and each time I called this happened to me. Then, I called again at 12 and she answered the phone and immediately hung up on me without saying a word. She did this 3 times. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way to walmart solely to make an appointment for an oil change

Ive called several times for a simple question and the woman who answers keeps putting me on hold for 10 minutes and just started picking it up then hanging up the phone. Horrible service!

From 7:30 a.m. today Sunday and four more people waiting for the door to be opened. but behind closed doors and they were serving other customers..thats not right.

I came here expecting to have my oil change completed in 1 1/2 or less (as I was told by Jaye and Melanie). I am still currently waiting and it has been 2 1/2 hours and counting. The best part? I ARRIVED AT 7AM WHEN THERE WERE NO CARS. I am never coming back here again.

The service was good... Good tires at a very good price. 5 stars werent given because in previous occasions the person or people working on the car is sure to put spare tire back and trunk is back to its usual self. Unfortunately, this time I had to fix my trunk to put jack back into place with spare tire.

Helpful people that know what they have and service they provide. Great price on tires. They were very busy but got me out in 2 hours. There is a waiting area with chairs and coffee and you got the entire store to kill time in.

Best to go early AM. It gets packed and the wait can be long. Customer Service isnt the best and they never have enough staff on hand, but prices make it worth the visit just make sure to being your patience. Or better yet, plan on getting some shoppimg done to pass the time.

Ive gotten my car serviced here for oil changes, tire rotations, & balancing many times. The actual service on the vehicle is fine & prices are cheap. However, dont expect any kind of customer service whatsoever. Ive been told I would receive a call once the vehicle is done on multiple occasions & it has yet to happen. Even when you call on the phone nobody ever picks up. Ive complained to mgmt. before regarding their lack of staffing in the auto center desk but nothing has been done. Wait times can easily reach 4+ hours on a vehicle & it can really be a hit or miss when you arrive expecting the car to be done.

Every time I come here. The service is great. They usually have me out of there under 45 minutes. When calling it is a bit hard to get someone on the phone. But if you go there in person they are all very kind in helping you in the quickest way possible.

Yesterday I special ordered a full set of tires for my car. E went outside to confirm the tire size after me telling him the size. He wanted to be sure. Great, or so I thought. This morning I learned the tires were ordered the wrong size. Leaving me in a bind and EXTREMELY inconvenienced! CHIQUITA was awesome this morning! She ordered the correct tires, promised to follow up with me, assured me all will be made right, and I am currently waiting on her manager to contact me. Chiquita provided STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I have no doubt she will do all she said she would do! She dealt wonderfully with an upset customer(me), and I applaud her CS calming skills! ***ONLY because of CHIQUITA I wish there were 6 stars!!!!***

You get great products at affordable prices. Also, when you buy batteries you get a better warranty than at other shops. Any battery is covered with a one year warranty and you can return it for any reason with a receipt within the first thirty days. They have a large selection of batteries including marine grade, for RVs, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, etc. This is MY place for batteries at any time!

Great tire prices when you dont want to spend too much on tires.

If I can give a zero star I would. the wait was very long then they came back saying there could not take any more cars. it was 4pm the google website says closing time at 7pm. they should put a sign up saying close at 4pm. I went 3 days in a row with the latest time at 5 and the were also close all 3 times. wow

Competence is without a doubt lacking at this place. 4 hrs + to do an oil change. This is the perfect example why minimum wage should never be $15 / hr.

I has a horrible experience where the employees are great working so hard at the auto center but the wait time is horrible,i spent my whole day their just for a battery change.the employees where excellent but the management is not taking care of them.2 guys working nonstop. I was there with 2 other families waiting.we all appreciate the employees hard-working they need to be appreciated,but please help them dont over work them. I had 4 different employees from 2 shifts helping me out but they are tied up by the extra work.i give five star for the employees but the management is horrible

One star and Im being very nice. Three hours to get an oil. They had one poor guy doing the oil changes. But this is Walmart and theyll do noing to correct the horrible customer service.

I want to give this place a zero star. 2 hours for oil changed? Insane. The male receptionist is unprofessional was on his headphone playing loud music the entire time we talked and I have to scream. I came in at 3:20 pm and there is no other cars. It is now 5:30 pm and I am still waiting.

Service is of greay quality however, it is extremely slow. I had to wait over three hours to have a new battery installed. If you want fast service, this may not be the right place for you.

All in all it was a good experience. Fast service, and reasonably priced.

Rude, they did not even acknowledge d my presence even though I was waiting in line for about 35 minutes. The staff wad just having conversations and o ly 1 staff member taking care of customers. I normally understand if it is busy but there was only 3 customers including myself. Lime i said, 1 staff taking care of business and 2 staff members getting paid for not doing anything. I guess Walmart does not really care about customer service that much if they allow its employees to do this.

The actual mechanic who put on my tire was a great man very nice with a huge smile, but besides that my experience with Walmart auto car tire was nice that great, we ordered our tire and a week later I called for two days straight to see if my order was in and never got speak to anyone except hearing a ring tone over and over for two days straight, so when I arrived to Walmart I soon found out my tire had been delivered days before, had I known that I would had my tire put in and I would had been a happy customer.

Forget about talking to anyone on the phone - and they dont make appts even if you order the tires in advance..... Just have to show up and wait.... and wait..... and wait..... and wait

Unacceptable!! I only came for an oil change and waited more than 5hrs. Its no joke! My car is on a lift for more than 4hrs an no one is even working on it. I asked to the personal that is in charge about the waiting time and there answer was.... Isnt reason to wait like that because is no more than 20 minutes for service.

Im a hobby mechanic whose had many tires/battery experiences with Walmart. As usual, satisfied customer of theirs. Why? Because I do my research and ask when is a good time to go and since they have a WHOLE SUPERCENTER, with a McDonalds that has electrical outlets that I plug my laptop And work in, time FLIES by even when they take exactly the time they quoted an hour and a half to fix a flat that is covered by Walmarts amazing warranty. There is NO EXCUSE to be an unhappy customer. The reviewer that says their car was on a lift for 4hrs us lying. When a car sits on an OIL CHANGE lift for more than 30 minutes, the manager will be reaching out to the customer as they have an issue interfering with the oil change. The shop LOSES MONEY if theres a car holding up other paying customers. The truth is you cannot have quality, speed, and price. You have to choose 2 out of the three and be happy with that as NOTHING in life is perfect. But Walmart auto center comes DOGGONE CLOSE to perfection with price and quality. I have tried pepboys, tires plus, jiffy lube, the dealerships and will GLADLY take Walmart ANYDAY.

I have used this shop twice to fix a flat and both times left disappointed.First visit, my flat was fixed but they didn’t put enough air in my tire so the TPMS light stayed on. I had to go to a gas station to finish filling my tires (two were low).Second visit, 4hr wait but ironically the bays were empty when I arrived, guess that’s how “busy” they were. The “mechanic” broke my wheel stud and casually called to tell me they cannot fix it but will reimburse me for the repair..You don’t know a persons schedule to tell them they need to find time to go to anther shop to fix what WALMART broke then come back for a refund is a huge inconvenience!! It’ll be a week before any of this is done and a safety risk for me to continue driving my vehicle.I will never again take my car to a shop where they “do not perform repairs”.I’m pretty sure none of these guys are certified, they look like they’re students.

The reason I only give them 3 stars is because they take too long for everything even if your just buying something and want to just pay and go and forget it about getting a key cut. Sometimes there is no one there and no bottom to call for assistance.

Leave your car, go eat and shop while they do the work. Plan to wait. Walmart prices hard to beat.

A few of the staff at the auto center are very professional; however, a lot of them are just unprofessional. In addition, if you try to call the store and ask to speak to someone in the auto center, the department is closed due to the fact that theyre not taking any more customers after mid day. So basically this department closes at noon.

Horrible, I arrived around 8:30 on Sunday, I left the car, they call me back at 3pm saying the car was ready. When i check the car only the engine oil Maintenance was done, they do not replace the two tires i wanted. They did some mistake, the car was taking inside again and i need to wait another 40mins, i know that is a buzy place but for an oil change and replace two tires a hole day. Not right.

After waiting 2 hours they tell me it would now be $149 per tire because those were the only ones they had in left stock. Ive always bought tires here, never paid over $70 per tire. Not to mention the lady at the front desk was very rude, horrible customer service. Never coming back.

The female at register was rude, on her cell txting before offering to help. She had a problem with anything being asked. Mechanics are okay, except for when they scratched by brand new rims while mounting tires. Then had to redo mounting for the took tpms off and placed back incorrectly. Not pro at all.

Walmart had a 2 and a half hr wait. No fun to wait 2 hrs when u can go to a mom and pop tire shop and be out in 30 mins.

I have visited the store for oil filter, the items was mixed, I have spelled more than 25 minutes to finded that I needed. But it was there.

I purchased four new tires last Summer, and my car has a lock which they never replaced my key back. Horrible workers!!!

I live in Hollywood and have found this to be about the best stocked Walmart in the area.

Very bad service, the wait time over 3 hours on the weekends and weeks 2.5 hours. The area that WALMART has for automotive is falling apart and dirty. Stay away from this location.

Synthetic oil changes cost $48 dollars, cheaper than any of the other local auto centers. They are open 7 days a week from 7 am to 7PM. If taking your car in on a weekend, plan to wait about 4 hours for your vehicle.
