Been a while since I came into a Footaction and saw it empty like this. Westland Mall Footaction was blossoming when I last came. The mall, and specifically the store, was barren. I dont know whats going on, but I hope they right the ship!

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE TI ORDER A N SNICKER FOR MY BOYFRIEND THEY DIDNT DO IT RIGHT THEY DIDNT PUT THE APT NUMBER AND THEY SEND BACK MY ORDER THEY DIDNT WANT TO RETURN MY MONEY

July 19, 2018, I ordered a pair of shoes at Footaction to pick up at the store. Today August 4, 2018, we came to the store for the third time, the shoes never showed up. Every week I called customer service and the stores number and they never gave any explanation. When we came today, the supposed manager was very rude when I asked for a refund, and refused to give us the refund in cash, because I paid with a credit card, when that was the least they could do, since they hadnt obtained the shoes I ordered 16 days ago.On July 19, 2018 some shoes in the Fooaction store to pick up in the store. Today August 4, 2018 we came to the store for the third time, the shoes never came. Every week I called customer service and the store and they never gave me an explanation. When I came in today, the so-called manager was very rude when I asked him for a cash refund, because I paid with a card, when that was the least they could do after not having obtained the shoes in 16 days.
